Great location! Great staff! Good AC. Loved our stay in Rome for 3 nights at this hotel. 1 negative was the shower, it was very narrow (I'm 6'3 195lbs) for a thinner guy, glass tub/shower "divider" but only about 2 ft wide so impossible to not get water all over the floor and the head of the shower was a wand that wouldn't stay up on the rod it was attached to.

The staff was very welcoming and helper us to get everywhere we needed to go. We loved to hotel and the breakfast was very good. Even better than anticipated. Highly recommend!

Staff were amazing. Gave us a map and talked about how to get around and directions. Room was lovely. Location perfect. We could walk to the train station, the colosseum. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance too. 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

The hotel was great! Stephano was very helpful. He took care of our bags, gave us some tips about the city, and arranged a van to the airport at 2:30 AM. The room was spacious and clean and comfortably slept our family of four and ALL OUR BAGS! The area around the hotel was a little dirty. But there's a metro stop at the front door, so it wasn't a big deal.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating! The hotel was in a perfect location, we felt safe, and the garden out front was beautiful. It’s also right next to a cute little cafe, Gatsby's, which was a great stop for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Super close to the metro station so very convenient to commute from. Our room had everything we needed to feel comfortable. 10/10 would recommend and would book again!

The hotel was conveniently located not too far from Rome station. It was well maintained with plush furnishings, very helpful staff and a wide selection of items available for the buffet breakfast. The only negative I would note is that the walls between rooms seemed quite thin: we could hear a lot of noise from the room next to ours late at night and early in the morning.

Lovely hotel. Wonderful welcome at the front desk for check in. Room is plenty spacious, bathroom especially extraordinary. We have a veranda which is very large and private. Fantastic! Staying with two teen daughters. The triple room is great. The second bed is a twin and very comfortable. Location is grand. Walk to all attractions. Cab when you are sick of walking! $20 cab ride to Vatican for an early morning tour. $12 cab back from Pantheon when tired after full day of walking tours in hot weather.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The rooms left a bit to be desired but they were clean. The shower was extremely small. Breakfast was delicious with a huge selection. The Cafe for dinner was pretty good if you're out of energy from all the sightseeing.

I stayed at this hotel with five friends for four nights. The hotel rooms were changed after the first night as we were given a pull out bed for an adult. The reception staff were excellent and very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean with tea making facilities. Comfortable beds. The breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice, just helping yourself but everything was fresh. There was some lovely statues in the hotel and a lovely bar. The location was really good for getting around Rome. We used the metro on three occasions, the ticket machines were in English and easy to use. I do remember Melvyn a staff member who was very helpful and kind.

Room was exquisite. I was booking a triple bedroom, but I got family room for 4 person instead. That's really nice. The room was quite big, so nice, and clean as well. Even it looked like an old kind of hotel, but it looks well maintained. The receptionist were nice and knowledgeable.
Cons just the elevator wasn't connected to all floor. It has to move one elevator to another to reach my room in level 1.
But overall was a pleasant stay.
