Gioberti Art Hotel

The hotel is pretty good! The room is very comfortable and spacious. Everything was clean, and a lot of items were provided in the room in case you need them: toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, razors, etc. The breakfast was fresh with many good options. The location is very convenient—it’s close to the train station/metro, so there are some homeless people and others walking around. However, we didn’t have any problems with that; just be smart and stay aware. My family would stay here again!

Overall, I am satisfied with my stay. We had the larger room (with a large round bed which is very comfortable)
Pros:
-Location is perfect. It is 2-minute walk to the Roma termini station which is the main station if you want to travel to other cities. We went to Florence for a day trip and really feel that we had picked the right hotel given the proximity to the main station!
-Price is relatively reasonable considering the prime location and comparison with other 4-star hotels in the same area
-The bed is comfortable
-We had the breakfast buffet. Enough food and drinks variety, small but comfortable air-conditioned dining area.
Cons:
-Bathroom is slightly old. it looks okay at the first sight, but when you look closer you can tell some parts need maintenance, like the tile around the bathtub. The extractor fan did not seem to be working too (but we did not tell the staff as we are not that bothered)
-The hotel lobby does not look like a typical 4 star hotel that you would expect. It is small, and lack style/design.

Great rooms, nice staff, good breakfast and a good location with regards to being close to Termini and having a lot of highlights close to the hotel.

The street it's on isn't the best, though. It didn't feel that unsafe, but it's sketchy enough for the hotel to have a guard after dark and the neighbourhood felt as one of the worst in Rome as a whole.

New concept Hotel is modern and stylish and situated in a great central location, two minutes walk from the central station of Rome, only the neo district at night given the proximity to the station tends to be slightly less secure within the limits of course, due to the presence of many foreigners for the most part nothing lieutenants, and several without roof, which could create some concern even though the police are present

Wonderful hotel full of everything and the prices are fair. I recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel adjacent to Rome's termini station.
