Nice hotel and clean modern rooms. We chose it because of it proximity to the train station and the hop on buses. Breakfast is nice and has enough variety to fill you up. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. 4 star for location because it is a bit noisy due to the rail station across the road.

This stay was unpleasant. The facilities were extremely poor, completely different from the hotel photos I booked. After showering, the shower curtain soaked into my skin, and even pushing it off didn't help; I felt even dirtier afterward. I had to leave the shower curtain off and try to direct the water towards the wall. Showering left me feeling exhausted. The toilet flush was also broken; water sprayed all over the toilet seat. I really don't understand how a four-star hotel could provide such facilities to its guests. The value for money is terrible.

The hotel was clean and the staff helped us with all of our needs and was super easy to locating the metro, train, and buses very good spot to public transit and was super easy to locate pretty good food spots and wasn’t too far from the Colosseum! A tad far to walk to other tourist spots but after getting the hang of public transit, it can be easier just time consuming! As for the hotel itself it was very pretty and well cleaned and maintained. The only thing we couldn’t get just right was the shower temperature, but we didn’t mind much after doing so much walking and running around Rome!

Nice hotel located only 100m from the Termini, although not on a nice street, lots of weird people wondering around at any hour, specially at night can get heavy.
The rooms are neat and clean, spacious and just about right. The bathroom very clean, AC works like a charm.
Breakfast was always the same, eggs, ham and some pastries. Coffee was horrible as in most hotels. Staff is friendly.

we had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel for our two night stay in Rome. The room itself was massive & had everything we needed. The bathroom was also massive which was great. Breakfast was great aswell & the staff were super friendly. We were a little apprehensive about the area based on other reviews but we had no issues at all! There was lots of police around due to termini being so close so we felt very safe, even at night when walking back from the station.

I loved this hotel. Literally 100m from the station yet not anything like some of the more dubious places in the area.
Beautifully appointed rooms, security at the front door and a 12 noon check out. I only had 1 night but would have easily stayed there longer. All I needed was a rooftop pool 😳😳🥰

The hotel location was very convenient if you take train or metro. Staffs speak English & very helpful.  The street in front of the hotel is a little narrow & crowded but safe to walk at night.  I saw other reviews said they wouldn’t walk outside after 8pm. We were there in the middle of May. The sunset was 8:30pm. We walked from Colosseum to hotel after 9pm without bothering by anyone.  Just be sure that you walk along the main streets with most restaurants still open.

The hotel is OK, but the environment downstairs is too bad. A bunch of unemployed black people come out late at night, which is very creepy. It is too close to the train station, too noisy, and unsafe. I don't recommend Chinese people to stay in this hotel.

Fantastic hotel with modern comforts that is minutes from Rome Termini station and all the shops and restaurants. Included continental breakfast is a good addition too.
