And the views from the rooms are beautiful. Though quality And charm of the staff has a lot to be desired. I asked for 2 twin received.One Queen size bed and a pull out sofa to get to my full size bed.I had to climb some rickety stairs that some were loose and about to fall off. In addition , there was a heater in the room , but it was right over the bed up stairs, so it made upstairs very hot and down stairs extremely cold! But that's not the worst part, THERE IS NO HOT WATER!, I informed them Immediately.
And they blamed me saying that my daughter took too long of a shower, I would have to wait for heat up, So I.
Waited to the next morning, Is still no hot water, I mention The guy said we are Taking too long of showers, . The next morning I told them I wanted ro check out and moved to great hotel " the Savoy". . As I was checking out the manager said oh We can move out to another room , I asked does it have hot water for a shower. He said they are all the same. Now that's not the worst! To get to our room we had to fo in the alley to an old apartment building, and if your lucky the Elevator might work. When you get off I had to walk through an odd room ,the people, I assumed staff and guests drinking and eating also passing by all the cleaning stuff , then use a key to get back into the hallway to get to my room. You enter into a small kitchen and pass a set of stairs that have a chain across saying stay out? It was their storage area. So the Double bedded room.I ordered ended app being a pull out sofa and a bed going up.A rickety center stairs which I almost fell down twice. The railings are not secure, so make sure you don't hold them.You might fall. I called my travel agent and he got me Out of the hotel the next morning The night before they said I was going to be getting a refund but they backed out I went in at the end of my trip to talk to them and all They did yell at me and tell me to get thr "F " out.

So I wanted to all people do not go to this hotel. Do not stay at this hotel. They will not treat you with any courtesy or with any respect. They will not accept any responsibility for the what they offer and what they have are totally different.!

This place scammed me. I cancelled due to family emergency IN ADVANCE of their stated cancellation window and they responded that they were going to charge me for a night + fees anyhow.

The email specifically says within 72 hours of arrival, and when I called to confirm they said it needed to be the day before!!!

I was hung up in over the phone (perhaps by accident) and in any event not called back. I then texted and emailed - no response. They then proceeded to immediately charge an amount equal to 26% ($1123) of my total booking, when one night would have been 20%.

I have still yet to receive any sort of communication back from this hotel. What a complete waste of money and time- all because we booked with a hotel which evidently has no moral compass.

It’s sad to see customers treated this way.

Please heed my warning and don’t book here unless you too want to risk being scammed.

We suffered a loss in the family, still followed all the rules, and are even still treated like transactional garbage by these people.
