The hotel occupies five floors of a building, built in 1800, on the ruins of the buttresses of a Roman villa, starting from Piazza Mignanelli up to Piazza Trinità dei Monti. It is distributed on two different scales.
The part furnished in classic style, with parquet and fabrics on the walls with a refined taste, occupies the third and fourth floors of the lower staircase, where the reception and the roof garden for breakfast are located.
The part furnished in a modern style, with parquet and painting on the walls, occupies the second and third floors of the upper staircase, where the rooms with full views are located.
Two small apartments, one in deco style and one in modern and panoramic style and an annex, located in Piazza di Spagna, in modern style, with wengé parquet and panoramic balconies overlooking the square of the same name, complete the offer of our hotel.
Rooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom, with shower or tub/shower and hairdryer and all comforts: air conditioning, HD LED TV with SKY satellite channels, free wi-fi, free water in the minibar, telephone, electric personal safe.

It was also great that breakfast was included. It was delicious.
The price was steep but I don't know the Rome hotel market that well. For sure it was excellently located and, for that view, for one night, it was worth it. I saw both sunset and dawn.
Breakfast buffet was included, but your average 3 star hotel buffet. Not extensive, but enough choice.
And the views from the rooms are beautiful. Though quality And charm of the staff has a lot to be desired. I asked for 2 twin received.One Queen size bed and a pull out sofa to get to my full size bed.I had to climb some rickety stairs that some were loose and about to fall off. In addition , there was a heater in the room , but it was right over the bed up stairs, so it made upstairs very hot and down stairs extremely cold! But that's not the worst part, THERE IS NO HOT WATER!, I informed them Immediately.
And they blamed me saying that my daughter took too long of a shower, I would have to wait for heat up, So I.
Waited to the next morning, Is still no hot water, I mention The guy said we are Taking too long of showers, . The next morning I told them I wanted ro check out and moved to great hotel " the Savoy". . As I was checking out the manager said oh We can move out to another room , I asked does it have hot water for a shower. He said they are all the same. Now that's not the worst! To get to our room we had to fo in the alley to an old apartment building, and if your lucky the Elevator might work. When you get off I had to walk through an odd room ,the people, I assumed staff and guests drinking and eating also passing by all the cleaning stuff , then use a key to get back into the hallway to get to my room. You enter into a small kitchen and pass a set of stairs that have a chain across saying stay out? It was their storage area. So the Double bedded room.I ordered ended app being a pull out sofa and a bed going up.A rickety center stairs which I almost fell down twice. The railings are not secure, so make sure you don't hold them.You might fall. I called my travel agent and he got me Out of the hotel the next morning The night before they said I was going to be getting a refund but they backed out I went in at the end of my trip to talk to them and all They did yell at me and tell me to get thr "F " out.
So I wanted to all people do not go to this hotel. Do not stay at this hotel. They will not treat you with any courtesy or with any respect. They will not accept any responsibility for the what they offer and what they have are totally different.!
No where is too far to walk with the longest walk being 30 minutes to the Vatican most other sites were within 15 minutes.
A good buffet breakfast is available and the rooms are very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
