Hotel Fellini

Nice hotel, great location. Would have been 5 stars from me but the AC in the room was very weak. I complained on day 1 to the lady at reception, asked for a fan (which she didn't provide) and she told me 2 hours later it was "fixed" which it wasn't! Otherwise all good.

Really nice hotel. Great value, great location. Nice and clean and quiet. Would definitely come again. Communication great since booking, friendly, helpful staff.

The hotel is very clean and the staff of the hotel is extremely nice and very helpful. Special thanks to Danillo who was beyond helpful and gave us excellent recommendations! The location of the hotel is great, a 5 minute walk from Fontana di Trevi.

There are a few downsides though. The walls and windows are VERY thin and you can hear everything, from what is happening on the street, to alarms coming from people in other rooms. At some point during the stay, the room started smelling like sewage, which is not something that can be easily fixed, although the staff did their best. This is probably due to the old age of the building.

NOTE! If you want to book airport transfer to the hotel, please don’t. Just take a taxi, it is 20 euros cheaper and WAY more reliable. I have to mention that the driver never showed up to pick us up from the airport. The company they booked for us refused to talk to us on the phone when we could not find the driver, lying that we never had a reservation. Later (after calling from 3 different phone numbers) they finally checked and we found out they got the information the flight had been cancelled. This was very interesting as nowhere on the internet it said that the flight was cancelled. Initially I thought it was a special situation because the flight had a delay (and it was our “fault” we did not call from the plane to let them know….), but during the stay we could overhear a conversation of the receptionist and another customer who had the exact same problem!

I know this is not the fault of the hotel, but of the company they work with, however hotel Fellini should reconsider the company they work with. I never had this type of problem in my entire life before this trip, but apparently there is a first time for everything

Excellent location near Trevi Fountain. Walkable. Excellent staff and room with a balcony. We couldn't figure out the breakfast and coffee deal but it's a great property and a great location with excellent staff.

Specially Location! And breakfast was perfect. There were elevator unlike other hotels.air condition was good.thank you.

Hotel is comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Taxi service is very prompt. Single rooms are a bit small.

Perfectly located hotel, wonderful and friendly staff, clean and cute rooms (just maybe a tad small). Can’t fault it really given the really good price and perfect location. The hotel also has a lovely bar with seating outside which was wonderful. Had an excellent and generous Campari Spritz on the first night!

Great location; near to many attractions including Spanish Steps. Friendly staff, easy to communicate with, smiling all the time especially Alex. Thank you hotel management for this selection of helpful staff. Free descent speed wifi as well as Ethernet connection in the room to connect your laptop.

This was a lovely hotel in the city within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, many shops and an assortment of dining. There is an on site bar and diner where pizza and a light breakfast are options for an exhausted traveler. The rooms were sizesble enough for 2 people but I totally recommend the penthouse on the 5 floor. The elevator seriously fits only 2 people or a person and their luggage. Don’t overpack! If you forget shampoo, conditioner or body wash, no worry, the bathroom was fully stocked. There is a mini fridge in the room with sodas and water. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely return to Hotel Fellini.
