I had the pleasure of being served by Ali during my recent visit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Ali was incredibly attentive and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect. His warm personality and genuine care made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such outstanding service, and it truly made our visit memorable. Thank you, Ali, for such an amazing dining experience! Highly recommended!

Love this hotel , great location , nice people . Stayed in room 204 . Very comfortable n spacious . You right in the center of Rome close to all u need !

What a hidden gem. One of the better four-star hotels I've been too. Excellent location, right between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain; Decorated and relatively large rooms; excellent service; And a nice breakfast. One of the surprises of our trip.

Super clean in a perfect location. Rooms are modern and surprisingly big enough with storage solutions in the room. Cleaning service very efficient, always completed shortly after hanging our sign for the service. Close to Trevi and Spanish steps and right next door to a popular cafe and patisserie to fulfill all of your Roman breakfast dreams

Very clean and comfortable. Location is great. Breakfast was nice simple. And a bonus shopping centre across the road. Great little coffee shop next door and supermarket just around the corner.

I am so beyond frustrasted with management Faouzyatte Karamasse. l have been in contact since November last year ( 2023 ), two rooms where accidently booked instead of the one, l have been chasing payment.
In November Faouzyatte stated
"Please send us all the details to be able to refund you.
Best regards"
i sent everying in November 2023, keep sending message since stating i have no refund back and nothing not even a response back, what sort of management is this place !!!, NO refund !!! they have double dipped for the same person , so for 3 nights they made AUD4000.00.
l will never ever ever recommend this hotel. Do an innocent mistake, l had booked over 30 room nights in that year and the lack of care when there is an error or refund promised with no delivery.
l dont like dishonest companies and this hotel is definatly dishonest, l would think twice before booking them .
Head to THE REGNO hotel - all my clients love it !!! good bye to this hotel.

TAREQ IS OUR HERO! He helped with the bags, waited with us for cabs, and was a delight to speak to. The breakfast was amazing, it was bigger than my parents hotel though I understand the rooms are smaller than what most Americans get we at least had a couch sitting area that my parents did not. There was a sliding door for the bathroom, but as a realtor I’m seeing this more and more in the states to save space of the swinging door and inconvenience that causes.
The breakfast was AMAZING, and the staff was always nice and helpful. Truly made the start to our trip amazing!
I was only sad the terrace wasn’t accessible for guests even though it was clearly set up with umbrellas and chairs, I did see hotel employees out there but I was told guests couldn’t go.
The location, the food nearby, and the service was 5 stars. Thank you all.

Small boutique hotel, very clean, modern rooms, hotel staff very kind. I think his location is worth it all!

This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in Rome. The pictures did not match what was posted online, both for the room and lobby. Regarding the room, the toilette paper was recycled (half full with a sticker on), the room we got smelled very much like a public restroom, and no views regardless of what we booked online. Not staying at one of these hotels again.
