Stay Experience:
Fantastic location—just a minute from the Trevi Fountain, perfect for walking to Rome’s main sights. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom a good size for a central hotel.

Great base for a short stay in Rome. Clean, comfortable, well-located, and with everything you need. Would happily stay again.

It's very good. It's only 100 meters away from the Trevi Fountain. You can get there by going downstairs and turning the corner. It's also quiet. The guy at the front desk is super handsome.

The location is right next to the Trevi Fountain and a short walk to the Pantheon. We needed to make changes prior to our booking and the staff have responded promptly to our changes. Very helpful. Comfortable rooms

[Room] It was clean and the ceiling was high and beautiful. The water pressure of the shower and the wind pressure of the hair dryer were strong, so I was able to stay there without stress. I didn't mind the noise from outside. I stayed in the winter, but the room was warm. There was also an outlet next to the pillow, so I felt at ease.

[Location] It was a 30-second walk to the Trevi Fountain, a 7-minute walk to the Spanish Steps, and a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum. There was also a bus stop nearby, so I was able to go to the Vatican City and major tourist sites without any trouble. There were also many restaurants and souvenir shops, so it was a great place to go anywhere.

[Breakfast] It was a buffet style with a wide variety of salads, fruits, bread, coffee, juice, cereal, and everything was delicious.

[Staff] Everyone was very friendly and I felt good that they greeted me every time we passed each other. I can only speak a little English, but the lady at the front desk spoke slowly so that I could understand, which made a good impression on me.

Also, on the morning of the day we were to check out, my friend had an allergic reaction and we had to go to the hospital in a hurry. They wrote me a note telling me which hospital to go to. The check-out time was 11:00, but we didn't make it and returned to the hotel around 16:30. I explained the situation by email and said I would pay an additional fee, but the owner said that I didn't have to pay the extra fee because he knew the situation. Other staff members also expressed their concern.
We needed to go to Venice that day, but the hotel we had booked stated that check-in was required by 20:00. Since we couldn't make it in time, we needed to confirm that the time had passed and that it was okay. The front desk lady explained the situation to us over the phone and we were able to go to Venice safely.

This hotel is full of kindness. If you go to Rome, please stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

It's pretty good, the location is close to the Trevi Fountain, just a few steps away, it's part of the tourist area, there are a lot of people around, dining is also very convenient, and it's not far to walk to other attractions.

Located in an extremely strategic location. Right beside the Trevi Fountain, literally a minute walk away. Would highly recommend this Hotel as it is located walking distance to most tourist hotspots.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights in Florence. The public area of ​​the hotel was unexpectedly nice. Booked a 3-person room with a large bed and a single bed, which is very suitable for a family of three. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to Santa Maria del Fiore. The breakfast is a European breakfast, which is accustomed to by our family of three. Three days and two nights, free travel in Florence, very satisfied with the stay.

This hotel is an incredible location and was the perfect place for us to face our family holiday out of. Our taxi driver was able to take us right to the front door even though it's in the old city. To get around we used some lime scooters and were able to get to all the locations we needed to in not only the center of the city but also in the outskirts. The breakfast here was also incredible and had lots of options. My room also had a beautiful view of the square.

This is now one of my favourite hotels ever.
The rooms were exactly as seen on the website photos.
The service was lovely and helpful, starting from asking through the website chat box on the morning of travel to book a car from the airport and getting an email response almost immediately.
The location was great…close to Via del Corso. About a 10minute walk to Barberini station, but we walked to the forum, Castel St Angelo and to the Galleria Borghese in about 25 minutes. The Pantheon and Fontana de Trevi are even closer.
The bar was a perfect place for a pre dinner or post sightseeing drink (or both) and Francesco was fabulous.
The daily room service was thorough and much appreciated with crisp sheets every night.
The breakfast was included and was generous with fruits and cereals, yoghurts, hot food and a huge collection of pastries.
