Facilities: The bathroom is very clean and the room is not bad, but the window is single-layer glass and a bit cold. Environment: Very close to the train station. You can get there by crossing a bridge. It is probably the closest hotel to the train station on the island. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the scenic spots every day. It is not bad. Service: Asking people to deliver things is very fast

The staff was amazing!! Lorenzo was a life saver and an asset to your staff, he would be the main reason I would be back. The room was small but very clean. The only issue was the USB ports do not work. That would have been nice to know prior to not having my phone charge all night to wake up to a dead phone.

The location is perfect distance from train station, approximately 5 minute walk. Staff where very friendly. Our room.was spacious and clean. Loved our stay there. Enjoyed sitting in bar watching world go by when we stopped for a refreshment.

Hotels in Venice can be extremely hard to find and private transportation could be expensive, this hotel is walking distance from the train station and the water bus station is directly outside, this is a great home base. Land transportation is directly outside as well.

Great location. A few minutes from the train station and the bus/taxi station is located directly outside the Hotel. If you're coming on train or bus with several bags, this might be a great Hotel, since you won't have to walk far or pay for water Taxi. My only complaint would be that the water in the tub, while showering, drained very slowly.

The hotel breakfast is too simple. One of the two menus is included in the room price. There are very few choices and you can only choose one. The other one has to be paid extra. Next time you book this hotel, you can choose a room that does not include breakfast. Except Breakfast and other things were good;

Booked by travel agent as part of a luxury break including Orient Express. This is not luxury by any means. The staff are great and the central location is good if a little bit off the beaten track. Our room was very, very tired and in need of a lot of love, especially considering the cost of it (470 euros)for one night!

We were fortunate to be given a room on our arrival am .However this room is designed for disabled persons and very basic layout for wheel chair access. It’s old but commodities were okay

Everything was lovely, from the canopy to the amenities. The location was great, within a 5 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square.

Magnificent location just between Realto and S.Marco Square. Vaporetto stop in 3 minutes’ walk to Grand Channel. On the photo - breakfast view (yes, directly to the channel). Small rooms (as anywhere in Venice), in our room was unpleasant odor, but staff did their best and in a few minutes we mooved to the nearest room without any problems. Staff is really best. Strongly recommend the hotel!

Having breakfast included was a definite plus. Being an older building, the lack of an elevator and the condition of the plumbing were a slight concern. However, its very close proximity to St. Mark's Square and a Vaporetto station was a huge help.

Absolutely delighted! The staff were all incredibly attentive, and both the facilities and my room were spotless. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and to top it all off, a fantastic breakfast was included.

Good location between the St Marco square and Rialto. Price was reasonable for Venice. Inexpensive and Michelin star resturants nearby. No elevator. Tight toilet, sink and shower in the 2 person room. 4 person rooms had plenty of space. Note many hotels in Venice are old homes converted a long time ago.

Located right in the center of the main island, you can ask the front desk to arrange a water taxi to take your luggage out; it's cheaper than negotiating yourself. Very quiet, comfortable bedding, and a stylish restaurant. Very satisfied.

Absolutely great place in a perfect location! They upgraded us for our anniversary and we had a beautiful spacious room overlooking the canal. Breakfast in the morning was great and they also organized our transportation to and from the hotel. We look forward to coming back.

We decided against a day trip to Venice and rather stay a night there. So our choice went to the Aqua Palace hotel. And we were not disappointed. We took a water taxi from the train station. We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was a great memory. It was clean and the location was convenient for sightseeing. We were able to leave our luggage after checking out, which was helpful. There were no amenities such as toothbrushes or tissues, so it might be more convenient to have them.

I had a great experience staying at the Wellness Suits! The apartment is large and relaxing. The main hotel is closed due to renovation, which led to an issue with luggage storage after checkout. The hotel management accommodated my needs and allowed me to keep the room for the remainder of the day after checkout (free of charge) so I could store my luggage and explore the city!!
