The room is very small, especially the bathroom. Fat people can't turn around at all. The location is in the city center. If you are tired from playing or can't find the toilet, you can go back to the hotel directly.

I loved to classic Venetian style of the room and the great location of the hotel, 5 min walk to Piazza S.Marco and Rialto bridge. During my 4 nights stay the staff has always been very kind and helpful, plus I arrived without a booking and was able to check-in smoothly. Though it cost extra, the hotel will arrange a shuttle that is worth the money. From the moment I stepped out of the airport I felt taken care of. The staff was lovely and kind, the breakfasts were delicious, and the location, just a few steps away from the Doge's Palace and right next to waters and water taxi, can't be beat. It is an excellent choice for those who want to be out of the hustle and bustle in the main touristic area. Service was very good, as the reception and breakfast was nice and helpful. The location was also extremely convenient, for it was right next to a boat station and the main train station. The room was rather dingy, with the floor being a hard and seemingly dirty polyester, but overall it was spacious and comfortable.

Nice location, quiet and has a couple of cute neighborhood cats around! Restaurant prices nearby are also one of the cheaper ones compared to more touristy spots at San Macro for example. Pretty close to the station, no bridge/stairs between the main station and the hotel as the rest of Venice. The hotel itself has stairs though to enter the lobby. Restaurant and shops downstairs.

Stayed in this subtly classy hotel a few years ago. Great location, not far from the Venice train station. The service was good, the continental breakfast was great (fresh fruit/bread), the room was good, and the towels were nice. I liked the feeling of being in a centuries-old building and atmosphere.
