Hotel Clover Asoke - SHA Extra Plus in Bangkok

We loved our stay at Hotel Clover! The location is unbeatable, the views from the rooftop are breathtaking, the spa was wonderful, but what really sets this place apart is the outstanding service. We were greeted by New upon our arrival, who brought us complimentary tea and coffee. Golf at the front desk went above and beyond, assisting in translation and helping us book our spa appointments. Rose made our last breakfast memorable, bringing us coconut milk pudding in the shape of Moo Deng and a rose! The entire staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. I highly recommend booking at hotel clover for your stay in Bangkok.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Clover Asoke. The location is excellent — just a very short walk to BTS Asok Station, Sukhumvit MRT Station, and Terminal 21. There’s also a 7-Eleven conveniently located right next to the hotel.

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the breakfast — Chef Rose was amazing! She kindly prepared pandan pancakes for us, which were absolutely delicious. She also cut heart-shaped watermelon for all the guests and, knowing that I love passion fruit, she thoughtfully arranged it especially for me. Her warm hospitality truly made me feel at home.

I will definitely stay at Hotel Clover Asoke again on my next visit to Bangkok — and I look forward to seeing Chef Rose again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clover Asoke. Well located! Close to Bts Asoke and Mrt sukhumvit, within a 10min walk, to terminal 21 . restaurants and massages are in easy access.
Breakfast was really nice with a variety of Thai, American, Japanese style, fresh fruits and yogurt. I personally liked Thai tea!! And the welcome dessert hippo coconut jello we had at our room was delicious. Thank you! The staffs were really friendly.

The location of Hotel Clover Asoke is fantastic, just a short walk from Asoke BTS station and an even shorter walk to a 7-11 store. The hotel staff are all very professional and friendly and the buffet breakfast has a wide variety, even including fresh make-it-yourself noodle soups which were delicious.

The rooms were spotless as was the bedding and you might even have a great view from your window. The rooftop bar was a nice touch, allowing you to have a drink while overlooking the madness of everyday life below.

A few minor faults, though. The room did not have a kettle, it was geared very much towards coffee drinkers with a coffee-pod machine and a percolator for drip coffee. I don't drink coffee and even though teabags were supplied, it was awkward using the percolator for hot water which was never really hot like a kettle. Also, no milk or creamer was supplied.

The shower was awful, with a system that did not seem to deliver anything but scalding hot water. Even after we requested maintenance to have a look at the shower, it was slightly better but still not comfortable enough for showering. If you have to have instructions on how to use it stuck on the wall then it must be problematic; I don't know why they don't just have ordinary taps like everywhere else. Yes, we did follow the instructions exactly, multiple times.

I stayed here in April for 10 nights for their quarantine package. Their email communication was always excellent and efficient.

Airport pickup was reliable and quick. WiFi was stable and good throughout my whole time and only occasional freezing for a second here or there on zoom calls.

Food was always on time, hot and delicious. I really liked the fresh juice each meal. They have 7-11 shoppers for you which you order in the morning and it came in the afternoon. There is also a menu you can order food from or other snacks.

My hot water wasn’t working one time and within minutes a repairman was at my door to fix it. Any problem they take serious and are quick to come.

We used the app “Line” to communicate during my stay and they were fast to respond and very friendly and kind.

The evening before checkout they made a really nice “farewell dinner” all presented beautifully on a tray. How thoughtful! (See picture)

All staff were excellent and it was a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel even once covid is gone!

ASQ Hotel with good service and yummy food.

Just stayed one night but had a great experience. Very clean. New, unique furnishings. Allowed late check out with any issue. Would stay again if in the area.

Nice new hotel, great location. Breakfast could improve, very bland and basic. Overall a good experience.
