The location is the only outstanding thing about this place. It is a cheap place to rent but you get what you pay for. Our room was small, the bed was uncomfortable, and the restroom had a musty smell.

Firstly the location is fantastic.. not even 100m to Phrom Phong BTS and there is a lift that one can use to go up to the ticketing level. Secondly there is a 7 Eleven opposite the hotel and a Lawsons right under making all last minute buys a breeze. There are lots of cheap eating places nearby so we didn't opt for breakfast. The rooms are nice with a small balcony. The bed needs some changes and the management must look into this asap. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Overall a great stay. Stayed for 12 nights and felt right at home.

Great location, very helpful and cheering staff ( Ajay and Surendra). Budget rooms. Hot cold water. A lot of eateries. Next to bts. Room are quite for my sleep. Best as per its price as far now in Bangkok. Rcommended.
Update : I stayed here for three times. Felt few working staff are not friendly even they can’t talk adequately. Felt misbehaved by the guy works at exchange located and managed by hotel.

The front desk staff were excellent, with well English and nice communication skills. Check-in was smooth, just remember to keep your receipt for the 1000 baht deposit.
The room was clean and well-equipped for the price, with a hairdryer and safe provided. However, the walls were incredibly thin – more like curtains, really. We could hear everything from the neighboring room. To give you an idea, we could hear the person next door drop a pen, the electronic beeps from their AC remote, and even their phone conversations as if they were in the same room, without the speaker being on. Earplugs were useless, and we barely got any sleep. This might be bearable for a one-night transit, but probably not for a longer stay.
While everything else was fine, your experience here will heavily depend on who your neighbors are. It's a real gamble.

This is a small hotel with great location. It's only a few meters away from BTS metro train exit. There are many local food and restaurants all around with a convenience store next door and 7-11 one Soi or side street away. The hotel entrance may be easy to miss but just make sure to find the currency exchange booth. It's between the booth and a dispensary store. Or if you see Lawson convenient store, it's just next door almost behind the booth. There are both stairs and elevator between floors. The bed is box spring type, so you should be aware in case you like a firmer option. The water intensity from shower head is great. Everything else is standard for a small hotel. I don't think they provide breakfast, though, but who needs it when convenience is all around.

The location is good (2 minute walk to BTS), the room was cozy and looked pretty new. Inside there are a kettle, a fridge, a working TV, two robes and rubber slippers. These are the good things. Bad things (which actually made me stay away from this hotel in the future): 1) before check-in they demand a deposit of THB 1,000 (!), 2) a terrible soundproof: not only I heard everything that was happening outside, but also my neighbors making love (happy for you guys)

Fantastic location, amazingly friendly staff (Ajay , Surendra ), budget friendly, u get what u pay for. 50mtrs from bts and 50 steps for the best street food restaurant. For the solo travellers like me , I think no problem. Will stay again if I will be in Bangkok again.

Rooms are very small. Not so clean. Bath towels are very old. The elevator was out of order. There is no lobby area at the reception. Taxi fee of THB 1000 is more than double the normal fee. Overall not a very pleasant place to stay. However, the reception was good enough to give me an early check-in for an additional THB 300.

It's not an luxury hotel at all, but a super convenient and friendly one. It's located just near the BTS PP, about 2 mins walk. Also the neighborhood is safe and clean, comparing with other districts. I personally also like the staff there, not much talk , but you can feel they are friendly. Not too many words necessary, but they meet your requirements. Don't get the wrong idea, if you are looking for facilities, super service, it's not the one. If you're looking for an ideal place to stay, with reasonable price, then it is.
