Pinnacle Lumpinee Park Hotel SHA Plus

The rooms were old but clean. Some rooms don't have plug at the bed, one of the lights in the room doesn't work. There's no bidet in the toilet. Only one tissue paper was given per room and only in the bathroom. Curtains may or may not shut completely.
The staff are helpful and nice. The location is ok for about 5 minutes' walk to the MRT.

The location is good , we had to go to the Australian Embassy. Room was okay for the price. The facilities weren’t up to scratch for eg , room service only has 3 options when they were opened. The spar and steam room not working and pool cloudy. The staff was not that good. Being in hospitality for years , I’m not sure what management is doing but abit more politeness and motivation would be a start.

This hotel is quite old but it seems like they are renovating slowly. The lobby is large and tall but somehow quite gloomy. They have space to park a car if you are renting one. The welcome at reception could've been better... I was basically standing around waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I got a twin bed room instead of a double bed as requested so... not a great start. I think your experience will depend on the room you get. I booked a 'superior newly renovated' room, but I would describe it as just 'standard'. It's clean and spacious, but nothing special. The TV is too old and doesn't have the Netflix app which I consider pretty standard these days. Half the channels didn't work so we just didn't bother with the TV at all. The bedding was comfortable and the cleaning staff were friendly. The bathroom had a bathtub with shower head, and an old school style curtain. The toilet itself had the most annoying and inefficient flush ever. The biggest downside for me is that there was no hand sprayer! Overall it's good for the price but I wouldn't stay here again.
