I booked one night at Pinacle hotel and after booking I have read some really bad reviews on google. That scared me but I still gave this place a chance. And it didn’t disappoint. Very good value for money. Room was clean, ac was working, there was hot water. Bed is very comfortable. On purpose I have interacted with staff to see if I’m going to encounter some unfriendliness but that was not the case. They were friendly, spoke nice and gave suggestions where should I go and what can I see around the hotel. For 3 star hotel it is good.

I would not have much to complain, toilet could use refresh maybe. Hotel loses a star for a guy in lobby offering taxi service. He asked where do I want to go I said suvarnabume airport, he said 700 baht, normal taxi price is 220 and 50/100 for highway. I am already fed up with tuk Tuesday and most taxi drivers who try to scam me not turning on meter, so I was disgusted when he tried to bargain when I said no to 700got out got grab for 400 with highway price. Like ban this guy or set the price and do not let him charhe more

Stayed in Bangkok for one week and used Pinnacle Lumphinee as our base in exploring the city. First and foremost I'd like to thank once again the male receptionist who effortlessly took care of our room problem regarding AC. He seemed to always be glad to see us and truely made us feel welcome at the hotel despite the initial problems. This kind of customer service is not something we take as granted and applaud it as one of the best we've ever seen. The breakfast team was always cheery and welcoming as well.
The hotel is pretty close to Lumphini metro station (MRT Blue Line) which made moving from one place to another quite simple. The park is a bit further away and, like the metro station, requires walking next to a very busy road for a while unfortunately. I did enjoy that the area behind the hotel seemed much calmer and a tad more local than many areas in Bangkok though. The rooms could use some updating and repairing, but I've come to notice that that's normal in Thailand and it wasn't a big deal for us, especially considering the price.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a budget friendly option in Bangkok!

Be careful what room type you book wont be the same when you check in. This is the most unreasonable hotel I ever experienced. This hotel wont regard what type of room you booked、they just assign the room what they want. When you try to argue with them、they just ignore and ask you to deal with your agency（but it turned out to be their online outlet store on that online booking app）. Now I understand why they get such bad reviews everywhere.

Good clean hotel in a decent location. Food & drink is a walk about 15-20 mins away in some back lanes near by. The area is clean. Hotel staff helpful. The Breakfast is alright. Roof pool & relax space is a good city view. Easy to get bike or car taxi. Walk to more inside the city is about 30 min walk.

Value for money. Rooms are clean and fresh. Staffs are very professional. They have a fine dining which serve good breakfast but without Halal food. The toilets also don’t have any push shower. They have a small swimming pool at rooftop. Parking available.

The rooms were old but clean. Some rooms don't have plug at the bed, one of the lights in the room doesn't work. There's no bidet in the toilet. Only one tissue paper was given per room and only in the bathroom. Curtains may or may not shut completely.
The staff are helpful and nice. The location is ok for about 5 minutes' walk to the MRT.

The location is good , we had to go to the Australian Embassy. Room was okay for the price. The facilities weren’t up to scratch for eg , room service only has 3 options when they were opened. The spar and steam room not working and pool cloudy. The staff was not that good. Being in hospitality for years , I’m not sure what management is doing but abit more politeness and motivation would be a start.

Great value for money . Seems newly renovated, spacious, and clean. Traveling was super easy from this convenient location. The breakfast menu offered tasty options. The service staff always greeted me with smiles. I experienced a comfortable and enjoyable stay here while in Bangkok.

**disclaimer** this review is based on my own experience of a 3 night stay, the facts are true for the time I was there, and the hotel manager and booking agent are aware of the issues I had.
AWFUL experience. Be very careful here, because someone who works at the hotel left my door open all day on the Saturday. I’ve no idea if anyone went mooching around my room. Luckily nothing went missing so I couldn’t really bother the police. And then the staff and manager called me a liar and wouldn’t admit someone left the door open. Add this to the lies they told Agoda (they moved me to a better room because I had no hot water) which of course they didn’t…
Add in the rude shouty staff, a dangerous shower, filthy windows, a broken in-room phone, poor wifi, the wrong bed type, old towels and linen.. the list goes on…
My advice would be to look elsewhere, there are plenty of better options in BKK.
