I had pleasant stay with spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff in The Twin Towers Hotel. Great breakfast and facilities. Good value for money.

I’m being generous when putting 2 stars, they spent so much money on lobby but rooms are old, walls are stained, sheets smells bad, yet I pay prices of a 4 star hotel but get absolutely no service for this price. Also they have a thing against smokers. Smoking section away from hotel. If it’s raining like it always is have fun smoking in the rain. I don’t pay hotels to smoke that’s not my problem. My problem is the room itself. Absolutely run down, stained like I said and smells terrible. I don’t usually give bad reviews, if you expect me to pay 2500+ per night you better give me what I deserve. Also I booked a large bed. They gave me two small beds, they said if you want the room you booked I must wait a couple hours… I already waited 2 hours before they gave me a room I didn’t book. If I want the room I booked wait additional hours. Safe to say it was a stressful night. Happy I didn’t book another day. My advice to hotel management, put money in the rooms instead of lobby. People come to sleep in your beds not the couch of the lobby.

The hotel rooms are very run down. I believed it has not been undergo any upgrading since 20 years ago. Door cannot close properly and no sound proof. Furniture are very old and the bed is not comfortable. Walkway is dark and eerie. Breakfast is not frantistc. I think the hotel security is bad as anyone can just enter the hotel. The basin water flow is bad as it will easily flood. Toilet bowl flushing is bad too. Late night, the water heater is off and you have to shower with cold water.

Not recommended to stay in this hotel.

At first we arrived at the hotel and were welcomed nicely until there was a situation the next day that completely frustrated and disappointed us. We returned to the room after a long time when it was hot outside and we just wanted to enter the room and the door wouldn't open. I had to go down for an hour, where we waited 3 times for reception to check what was going on with it, until after an hour people arrived to replace the door batteries so that we could enter. Unfortunately, I am disappointed and do not recommend it. As a result, the synchronization and service were not reflected here. In my opinion, for the first time, someone should have gone up with me and solved the problem on the spot, and it would not have led to us being stuck for an hour like poor people outside the hotel. In my opinion, a hotel that respects itself would offer more appropriate compensation than a later check-out when I had to ask for that too and they did not offer me that on their own initiative. And when I said that I thought it was not appropriate compensation, they laughed in my face.

Poor customer service. Food tasted horrible and not many options. Location not the best, too far away from everything.
Even when you arrive earlier they don't have the decency or care to allow you into your booked room. They prefer to tell you to wait even up to 5hrs before giving you access. Very LIE for example; no room is available for your early arrival but if you pay extra, you can get a room. And I had already paid a lot of money for my room selection. Would NEVER recommend anyone to stay there

The hotel lobby is spacious, and the staff at the entrance promptly collected my bag from the car and gave me a card for bag collection. Although I haven’t seen the room yet, it looks nice from the outside.

Our check-in was assisted by Miss Parn. Even though her English is not fluent, she was very attentive and tried her best to help us—she came across as warm and motherly.

So far, my experience has been good.

The lobby area is lovely but deceiving.
The cleanliness of the room is lacking and they are in desperate need of an overhaul.

Whilst it was a comfortable sleep, I’d avoid again until renovations complete.

I recently stayed at the Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth, which made me feel welcome right away. My room was spacious and clean, although some of the furnishings looked a bit outdated. In-room dining was good, with decent portions and timely service. The location was convenient, especially with easy access to ride-hailing options.
