I have booked my room via Trip.com , when I booked I have requested for King Size Bed. My stay is from 6 September 2024 to 9 September 2024.
But when I checked in the staff informed me that they can boy provide King Size bed , not even Queen size . Only provided 2 single beds and the worst part is when i requested to combine the beds they can not combine it due to their own reasons.
And lastly those cleaning staffs from the Hotel , shall attend customer service training to learn how to deal with customers.
The place is nice , the rooms are also ok. But due to above 2 happenings I feel like I may not choose this Hotel next time.

The first day, in the morning, the hotel staff spoiled our mood. We went to the breakfast area and asked how much breakfast would cost. Since we left the money and bank card in the room, we agreed with the administrator at the entrance that we would pay for breakfast after breakfast, we would go up to the room and bring the money. He said OK and let us into the breakfast area saying we had exactly 30 minutes. We agreed and went to breakfast.
After we left the breakfast area, the hotel staff (the girl) behaved very disrespectfully and shamefully. She demanded that we pay for breakfast on the spot. We explained to her that before breakfast we had agreed with them that after breakfast we would go up to the room and bring the money. She insisted on her own and took us to the reception. I also stood in front of him and explained the whole situation again. I asked them to let us go up to the room and bring the money. After they agreed, I went to the room for the money and gave the money back.
I believe that the hotel staff should not behave so rudely and disrespectfully.
Unfortunately, we still have 3 days to live here. We will never return to this hotel again in our lives, we have very bad associations with this hotel.

Staff is quick to check in for us. Have bellman help to carry luggages for you. Hotel room is quite big. But it’s too old. Elevator is quite slow. But great value. Have swimming pool. Place in middle not to close not to far from center area. Street in front is not busy.

It is a nice, quiet place in the heart of the city, suitable for relaxing. The bathroom is clean, the bedroom is spacious, there is a refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer. Overall it is considered very good.

I informed the hotel a week earlier that I will be celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday in BKK and they did not disappoint. In fact they gave us the highest floor with the best view, along with impressive room decorations and a cake!
It was more than what I could’ve asked for and exceed my expectations.
The breakfast was good with various choices and some local food included.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.
There is a 7/11 located nearby which helps a lot.
It was a memorable stay and will definitely return.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is about a 15 min walk from the train station. The services like massage/spa are really expensive, and you can find much cheaper ones slightly down the road. The pool area was really nice, it closes at 9 pm. Our room was very spacious, but already quite old. It was still well kept though, and clean. The only complaint is that the windows were never cleaned, and they were full of hand prints and such, and when the curtains were open it looked rather messy

The location of the hotel is nowhere near any of facilities except 7 -11. Next there are multiple people smoking and drinking outside of the hotel , the place was kept unclean.
Furthermore the room lights were spoilt despite the upgrade. Do not bother booking this place , as refunds are not allowed when you only check the room and left the place within 5 mins of time. The room also has patched work on the wall. Anyone can enter the hotel which is also dangerous. OHH YA and the fridge is spoilt too
They would also need 1000 baht deposit. If you are on budget , I would highly recommend elsewhere as this place is not safe as there are alot more places budget friendly and also have security with facilities than here.

25 minute to check-in.... why ? good question.
Staff were incredibly rude, talking very badly to guests. I stay in many hotels as I travel 9 months a year for almost two decades now.
This was the worst experience I ever had. And could not get any receipt (e-receipt are not accepted to get refund from my work) at the check-out, neither about the room or the deposit of 1000thb ( that will be refunded after a month...) This hotel to be avoided !
Take a smaller place, it's much nicer and you'll support small commerce.

It was really great staying over at the Twin Towers. The breakfast buffet was really great. They have a big variety that suits different tastes. The hotel lobby is quite something. It felt very bourgeois hahaa. The pool side is so beautiful, and the room was neat and big. There was a bit of a dusty smell, but nothing to worry about. Room service was great, very friendly staff. Thank you, Twin Towers. I forgot to take room pics, sorry.

My stay at the Twin Towers Hotel was impressive. The spacious rooms offered excellent value for money, and the staff, particularly the receptionist, were exceptionally kind. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded to a deluxe one. The only downside was the lack of a charging port near the bedside, which proved to be a bit inconvenient. Nevertheless, the toilet facilities were decent, and the overall atmosphere outside the hotel was quite enjoyable.
