Reviews
The room was very spacious clean and modern. Washroom is big, clean and hot water is available. 5/5 for the location, amenities and cleanliness. Breakfast was also fine, had many options , clean and tasty food . We had a late flight hence we waited in the lobby , very comfortable stay . Will recommend .
But more importantly, we only booked this hotel because on their Agoda page, it showed photos of a sauna and jacuzzi room. It mentioned that the hotel had these facilities, but didn't state anywhere that there was an extra charge to use these facilities. My girlfriend and I are celebrating our anniversary here, and once again, we only booked the place for these facilities to celebrate this special occasion. Why even include photos of these facilities on the hotel listing page, and mislead guests to think it's available to them for the price they pay?
Won't be returning.
My flight from Bangkok late we stay at the hotel where we could enjoy the pool, the restoration of the kindness of the people present, the cleanliness of the premises.
The only downside was after the massage we took. We received a Thai message worthy of the name but we barely had time to finish dressing that the masseuses proceeded to the next set up without any fuss for us . Tea point offered neither free nor priced. The unpleasant feeling of being pushed out after being massaged
I confess to have been frustrated expecting me in a quality establishment wanting with a higher massage rate for a shorter duration . Anyway I would not recommend the massage here .
.
But when I checked in the staff informed me that they can boy provide King Size bed , not even Queen size . Only provided 2 single beds and the worst part is when i requested to combine the beds they can not combine it due to their own reasons.
And lastly those cleaning staffs from the Hotel , shall attend customer service training to learn how to deal with customers.
The place is nice , the rooms are also ok. But due to above 2 happenings I feel like I may not choose this Hotel next time.
After we left the breakfast area, the hotel staff (the girl) behaved very disrespectfully and shamefully. She demanded that we pay for breakfast on the spot. We explained to her that before breakfast we had agreed with them that after breakfast we would go up to the room and bring the money. She insisted on her own and took us to the reception. I also stood in front of him and explained the whole situation again. I asked them to let us go up to the room and bring the money. After they agreed, I went to the room for the money and gave the money back.
I believe that the hotel staff should not behave so rudely and disrespectfully.
Unfortunately, we still have 3 days to live here. We will never return to this hotel again in our lives, we have very bad associations with this hotel.
It was more than what I could’ve asked for and exceed my expectations.
The breakfast was good with various choices and some local food included.
The staff are friendly and very helpful.
There is a 7/11 located nearby which helps a lot.
It was a memorable stay and will definitely return.
