Pathumwan Princess Hotel - SHA Extra Plus Certified

We felt very welcomed and safe as soon as we arrived. There were hotel staff greeting us and helping us bring our luggage to our room. The hotel is clean and connected to a big shopping center ! We often went to eat to the hotel thai restaurant which was so good ! The rooms are highly soundproof! And the curtains and 100% blackout ! We therefore had the opportunity to sleep in and recover from our 23h flight ! The single beds are pretty big and the room as well! The gym is huge and you also have the chance to book for group classes. They offer great massages at the hotel and a very nice rooftop pool ! I enjoyed room service as well for the nights we wanted to eat in. Perfect stay !

A brilliant hotel at a great location. Right next to shopping centre, it is perfect for your first day arrival. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Right from the moment you step off your taxi at the hotel you are well looked after. Luggage is taken to your room directly. Reception staff is top class. Very friendly and welcoming. Very central within the city and easy reach to other hot spots. The only downfall I would like to give to the hotel is there seems to be a lot of outside people coming into the hotel to use the gym and sports facilities (i.e badminton courts, tennis etc). Although they have to pay to use these facilities, I think hotel facilities should be kept 100% for hotel customers only. I tried to play tennis but was already occupied. Apart from this minor issue , everything is superb. Will definitely book again in future.

Great hotel, cozy rooms.

This hotel is very neat and clean, cleaner “Nanny” is very keen to details and staffs are thoughtful. The room itself has nice interior, bright, walls are thick so you can’t hear any noise from outside. Amenities are excellent. You have everything you need inside the room. Service is excellent too.

The overall experience is great and deserves this rating. The hardware might not be the latest but all services provided by different staff members showcased consistency. I’m impressed!
The room is neat. The shower is strong and hot enough. The room was provided with a filtered water faucet which was convenient and helpful. During my 4-night stay, every day I came back seeing a clean room.
The reception for check in and check out were great, the front door lady was kind and helpful. I saw her when I went out in the morning and she’s still there when I returned at night and her smile was soothing!
The breakfast was also good. There were slight dish adjustments so no problem if you stay more than two nights.
The hotel is connected to the mall with internal passage, where lots of restaurants are available, in addition to all sorts of shops there! With my limited time at night, staying at this hotel did help save my time from going elsewhere to get what I need.
This will definitely be in my pocket list for my next trip here and I hope it will be as good as what I have experienced this time!

It was a great experience with very helpful staff. The room was well appointed with wonderful facilities on site. Being connected to the shopping mall makes it extremely easy to pick up necessary or forgotten items. The only drawback is that being located in a busy area of Bangkok means getting to other tourist areas can take extra time.

The best pay for me was the selling pool. It is an actual 25 m pool with designated lap swimming areas. It is a great option for regular swimmers who want to keep their routine while still enjoying a vacation or business trip.

Friendly and helpful staff who is willing to go extra mile. Accidently cut my finger on the day that I am leaving the hotel, however the bellboy who was on duty that day went the extra mile and get me the first-aid box and managed my wound. Be it at the front desk counter or bellboy, they are wonderful. However, housekeeping can be better. Items in the room wasn't replenished during the first housekeeping. Hence, personally consolidated the items aside so that the housekeeper noticed them and replenish them.

We are from California and we stayed here for about 3 days. It is in prime location for shopping. It has a walk in entrance to the MBK center and a 5 min walk to Siam. There is security and we felt very safe. The rooms were very updated and clean. Their restaurant options are great and their customer service is easily a 10/10. They are so prompt with everything you need and so so helpful/friendly. They also have a great spa, and I definitely recommend you try them out!

The hotel is in a great location to get around the city. With the MBK Centre and Siam Paragon on your doorstep, it is great for shopping, grabbing food/drinks and transport links. The staff are friendly and help you with any of your needs.

Our room was spacious and the beds were comfy.

We stayed in a suite, as there was three of us, which meant we had access to the lounge where they served complimentary soft drinks and snacks throughout the day, with a complimentary happy our service for alcoholic drinks between 5:30-7:30 pm. This also included a menu to order full of western/Thai dishes. The main buffet area included lots of options and all were delicious.

The pool was clean and spacious, but there was a limited number of sun beds for the hotel. However, as we spent a lot of the time sight seeing this did not bother us.

The hotel had all necessary amenities and it did not feel as though anything was missing. I would highly recommend this hotel!

What a lovely place to spend our final 3 nights of a amazing holiday touring Australia, The Room was very nice and so we're all the Staff and as for Breakfast Wow so much choice to cater for everyone.
Also on a personal touch i celebrated my Birthday during the stay and after a day out exploring i arrived back to a nice Birthday cake,obviously the card in the room was a dead giveaway.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and if we visit Bangkok again in the future we will definitely use this Hotel again and recommend it to friends,
