Well, there is nothing to complain about. The staff is always smiling and ready to serve you. Always very humble. As a Platinum member, they recognized my status and offered me a free updrage and also offered daily breakfast. The breakfast menu is very elaborate. I ate at 2 restaurants and food at both the restaurants was very good. The location is also right by the river, and all rooms have their windows opening up to the river. I enjoyed staying here and will not resist coming back here.

My second stay here this year
I enjoyed the location as always
The customer relation manager at the lounge during the day and a female staff during breakfast time offered excellent and attentive service!!
However, I think the professionalism is a bit lacking among other staff especially staff in the evening shit at lounge and bellboy.
I purposely didn’t drink up my beer at dinner time at lounge while I went for second round of food, and when I came back, they were already cleaning my table to seat other guests….
In addition, as I was leaving with a big luggage, the bellboy was polite enough to open the door for me and yet neither him nor other bellboy offered to assist with my luggage ( there were stairs..)
The service was a bit disappointing this time comparing to my last stay as I was actually looking forward to returning there based on the previous experience

Had an amazing time here, the river view room with the view of icon Siam was incredible! Such a great location, staff were friendly and attentive, the food and bars were delicious and the free shuttle boat across the river is a lovely touch! Can’t wait to come back here.

It’s hard to believe this is considered a 5-Star hotel. After traveling Asia on our honeymoon for a month this was the most disappointing hotel comparatively. The location is great lots of good walking spots and the water taxi across the river is supper convenient. I feel like at some point this place was the cream of the crop but now it feels dated. Could youse a major renovation.

Stayed here for 5 nights. The decor is a little dated, but still very nice. Staff are excellent. Pool was great. Breakfast was plentiful. Massage at the spa very relaxing.You can’t beat the location. Easy access to the river & ferry system.

The view that you get is absolutely stunning!! Stayed in a suite for 5 nights and I never got over the amazing view as it overlooks the River and IconSiam. Facilities are good with the garden pool being a great place to swim and relax. Good buffet breakfast and great staff in general. Love the free boat service they offer to IconSiam and the other Pier - very useful.

Perfect location, few steps to the public ferry. The rooms are old and outdated. The service is very food and the staff are so welcoming. They have a free ferry shuttle to ICONSIAM mall.

Very good hotel with perfect location. Amazing view from window on river! Only one thing i don't understand - not make device for cleaning after toilet... Even 300THB hotel have it! And maybe you will don't like smell in room - for me is just a smell room with many old wooden furniture. Everything another good or perfect.

Located immediately adjacent to the river. The views are spectacular. The staff is friendly and courteous. We had access to the lounge and enjoyed the food and evening spirits. We used Grab to get around town and felt safe everywhere we went.

This hotel is in a great location and they offer a complimentary water taxi shuttle to 2 other ports nearby that saves guests time and money with transportation. I would love to stay here again when I return to visit from the United States. The workers were kind, helpful and were even able to make my birthday celebration visit extra special. And the breakfast was included and was pretty amazing!
