Pros..... Check in staff and security was awesome! Dining room staff was really nice also.
Cons... Where do I begin. You get what you pay for I guess.
Lets start with the location. Its in a red light district.
Property is like most Thailand hotels it is not maintained very well.
My room was NASTY Foot prints on the walls. I had to slide the bed against the wall so I could put the lamp and table close to the plug so I could use the lamp. There was a condom wrapper on the floor under the bed. Gnats flying around in the room. Bathroom had a smell of sewer all the time. The counter on the wall under the tv had something sticky stuck to it. Room was not cleaned very well after last guest checked out. I guess for $20.00 per night you cant expect too much. So nasty. I wont stay here again.

Great budget hotel with a gym,sauna and steam room. Good pool with plenty of chairs plus restaurant. 7-11 shop next door, handy for stocking up room fridge.

Got a deal for 1000 baht for 1 night including breakfast. At this price it was great. Clean room, comfortable mattress and complimentary breakfast had lot of options in comparison to other hotels at this price, enough parking if you have car or bike.

I had money in my suitcase. After the first cleaning of the room, some of the money had disappeared. The safe in the hotel did not work. After complaining to the management, we were told that it was our fault as there can be thieves anywhere. Sounds to me like this is not the first time this has happened.
Staff (except for the bell boys) not very friendly, cleanliness also rather poor. There are cockroaches in the lobby. The most disgusting thing is the towels in the rooms, which are full of holes.
I didn't expect much for the price and my expectations were still undercut. There are much better cheap alternatives in Pattaya. Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars.

Used to be a great hotel but they are getting worse every time. Not clean, lots of mosquitoes, towels like mopping cloths. Room service don't even clean a single thing. The reception staff is good. Breakfast is ok and location is very good

Worst service ever! Do not go here!

-1 for no power outlet near the bed.
-1 for hearing my neighbours.
-99 for the elevator ping that I can hear from ground level all the way up to my room on the 6th floor. I cannot stress how annoying this is.
1100 baht to check out at 18:00 instead of 12:00 so booked a full night instead for only 700! So reception service is miserable too.
Reception told me I could stay in my room and did not have check out and check in again to a different room.
Next day after going out to pick up laundry my room is locked and I have to change to a different room anyway.

Stayed two nights. Reception was very efficient and professional, very good Starting experience! Also check out was painless. There is sauna you can heat up, pool is nice. Loved the koi fish pond. Bit murky water in pool but that's the rainy season for you. The one star off comes for the fact that the room has no electric outlets beyond the one under tv. The room itself was in good condition and probably recently renovated. Explains outlet situation (Old Building design). I didn't have issues with cleanliness nor showers. Quiet occupants during my stay. Yes it's located right next to lot of bars so light sleepers be warned. But it's also easy to get to and from to when you're exploring Pattaya due to its location. Ps. The security guy outside was absolute fantastic. Talked to guests, helped with bags, saluted on leaving. Overall was security guy you'd normally see only in luxury hotels.

Very nice hotel, very cheap, close to soi buakao where you can found everything.
Nice and friendly hotel staff always smiling, great breakfast with lots of good food, very good cleaning. I will definitely return to this hotel soon.

Great value, in a central location. Cosy pool and fully equipped gym. It has all you need for an enjoyable stay. However, most rooms have twin beds. Hotel is guest friendly

Rooms were good, big beds nothing extra, what you expect for the price, and the price is great for the location. Unfortunately the cleaning service in the rooms is, lacking. Looks like they just make the beds, and give you towel if they remember. Had to ask for towels a couple time and toilet paper. Walls have marks on them, the head board looked unwashed it has dried something on it. Would be better if they give everything a good wash. Walls, headboards, desks, under the mini fridges. Last night there came back to my room and it wasn’t cleaned, bed was still un-made.
