Had a very poor experience with the hotel. We booked sea view rooms and paid the premium, however were not given those room. It felt like the hotel was trying to nickel and dime you for every service. Want an extra pillow? That's 2 euros. Want a basic bottle of water? 2 euros. On top of this, the reception staff were often impolite and condescending whenever we approached them with issues. The only caveat was that the restaurant staff were great. This is a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star. The attached picture is of the sea side view rooms, which cost extra. Avoid.

We stayed in Alaaddin beach for summer holiday. Overall, it was great experience. Hotel is located at beachfront which is great comfort while enjoying the sea. Rooms were modern and clean. There was breakfast and dinner buffet that offered various tasty choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. If we were to visit Alanya again, we would definitely stay in Alaaddin Beach.

Small swimingpool for to big hotel, to much noise everyday in the hall at night and the food was not the quality of stars.. not even close!

Visited during our stay at the beach. I have not seen any of the rooms but the outside area, the swimming pool area, the restaurant and the main area with the reception are all looking great. The menu at the beach restaurant is varied with a lot to choose from. The prices are OK. The location though could not possibly be any better from what I have experienced in Alanya.

Excellent location and delicious food, a few steps from the beach which is great. The staff is very friendly, especially the waiter on the beach. Recommend!

We have stayed at the Alaaddin many times over 10 years. The hotel is beautiful & in a perfect location. The waiters are faultless. The food is typically Turkish. This year we were allocated a room on far side near park. We requested & paid for sea view when booking. The owner seems to be making money out of holiday makers. Apparently it does not matter what room you pay for, you are allocated a standard room then when you arrive, you are requested to pay €10 per day to upgrade for a sea view which you have already paid for. He actually told some people that if you hook via agency, you will get standard rooms. If you book direct, you will get sea view. Someone asked for an extra pillow and they charged €3 per day !!! The travel companies need to be aware of this.

Nice and quiet, we stayed for a night, rooms are not bad but restaurant is good and has very tasty food. The beach is busy at mornings and they have entertainment at Saturday nights like like music.
