Grand Okan Hotel

Brilliant hotel, gorgeous pool area, great food and drink. The hotel is practically on the beach, and what a beach it’s on too! Gorgeous location. Cannot fault it at all, will definitely be back!

Location is amazing so many shops, restaurants around . The beach is a few minutes walk. The only thing was there wasn't much food to pick for British people . Thats my only bad point to pick . The men in the shops r extremely ignorant and very pushy . Think we are going to stick to iclemer !

We had the most amazing holidays in this hotel for the second time. The food, staff and the most important of all the General Manager Amanda is always there to help if need be. Thank you Amanda see you next year. God Bless. Xx

Everything was perfect for the check in till the check out.
Everybody in the hotel is always asking if you need help or anything. Breakfast and dinner are amazing. The chefs always put delicious food for dinner, much more special than what you find in the town.

+ Alanya tourist attractions are near. The seaside is around the corner. all great tasty dishes and food design comfortable bed with nice sheets and the nice spacious room room was cleaned when i wanted and if i needed to be do not disturb they were modest to ask for any need i had staff is excellent and well trained

Nice rooms with great AC and cleaning. Really close to the beach as well. The gym could've been more well equipped though, like for example a complete dumb bell rack. Only real issue we had was with the beach towels. The staff started to call us on the phone THE SAME DAY we rented them even though they hadn't given us an exact return time. I tried to explain it's weird for a luxurious hotel to chase customers on the phone for 1 euro when we've paid big money to stay there for a week, but the guy in the reception just started to argue and still didn't give us an exact return time so we had to go and buy our own towels.

Grand Okan Hotel has been amazing. All you need from a holiday is there food, pool, gym, clean rooms, massage, photographer, amazing attentive staff from reception to front of house, back of house, to cleaning staff, all respectful and helping you with any situation.

•All inclusive breakfast and dinner are 10/10 options for everyone, any dietary requirements, our last night we had a grandma making fresh pita which was a great touch to try something freshly made in front of you.
•Lunch A la carte food is also good, all done fresh to order. 10/10 only minus I would say the menu is too much tourists orientated, not local orientated. I would've loved to try some more proper turkish specialities, but that's not their fault all restaurants around are the same too much orientated towards accommodating tourists all over.
•Rooms very clean when we arrived, nice balcony with chairs outside surprised by a Pomegranate tree in front of our balcony, they clean everyday rooms if you need, staff very attentive they noticed we were four of us so they added extra towels, extra cotton buds, extra toilet papers small things that makes your holiday more enjoyable as you don't have to stress about them.
•Massage/Sauna and Bubble Bath, which we paid separately. They were down from heaven provided by Selim and his Indonesian staff members, very good relaxing and well received, we’ve never been more relaxed after a holiday like this in a long time.
•Reception verry attentive to all your needs, if any bookings made with third party companies outside hotel they will make sure to call you to remember about your booking and make sure you are safe checking with drivers that they take you where they supposed to take you.
On our arrival night we came around 00:30 ish, the reception staff organised us a meal for four to make sure we ate something that night as we've been travelling already for about 5h which was very much appreciated.
•Pool very clean, nice sitting in the water to the pool bar, where you can enjoy a cocktail in shade. Pool suitable for all ages, also a mini kids pool available.
Lovely entertainment every night, live music, belly dancers.

The only advice I would give would be for Bar to look into stocking also soy or oat milk to accommodate someone dairy free, so you don't have to go and spend the money for a coffee with Starbucks over the road and support their business.

the hotel is very clean, the rooms are very clean and they changed our towels and cleaned the room every day, the location is excellent literally 50 meters from the beach, the staff is very friendly, the only thing that bothered us is that it is not all inclusive, the breakfast is the same every day and after for a few days we don't feel like eating anymore, the dinner is good, they change it every day, but the big drawback is because they take away water and any drinks during dinner and charge, even if we paid for breakfast and dinner, I also don't like what the hotel has your sunbeds and umbrella which must be paid for.
Everything else is great.
I forgot we have wifi in the room, in the hotel and at the beach.
The city center is very close and is only about 1km away. If it is too far for someone to walk, there is also a bus stop in front of the hotel.

If i had to find fault I would say playing loud RAP music in the pool area most of day when 80% of the people are over 60 years old and are wanting to relax not dance to RAP music. This I must admit was a big problem for me and spoiled my holiday. I assume the music was what the young male bar staff enjoyed.
