We stayed a week in the hotel. The location is nice, right next to the beach, close to the center. The room was nice and clean with an amazing view of the sea. The staff was nice and friendly.
Food was ok, not bad but nothing special. There were no labels next to the food, so you didn’t really know what you were getting and also there are no drink offered at dinner, not even water.
Also there is a bar with live music just behind the hotel so if you want peace and quiet at night I would consider another hotel.

During our stay, we accidentally left our only key card in the room while rushing to an 8am tour. When we returned, we could not find the card where we had left it. We explained this to the hotel staff, acknowledging that ideally we should have taken the card with us, but we were in a rush.
The staff member I spoke to rudely insisted that I first find the original card before he would issue another, even though I explained we had only been given one. We thoroughly checked the room and our bags but still couldn’t find it. It was a very hot day, the AC was off, and my mother was feeling extremely unwell after eating dinner at the hotel the previous day.
When I went downstairs, another staff member was actually willing to give me a new card, but the original staff member spoke to him in Turkish and insisted that I pay the £8 fee (455 lira). I wasn’t bothered to argue any further, as my mother’s health and our comfort during the last few hours of our holiday were more important.
I have never experienced this kind of treatment at any other hotel I’ve stayed in. This was unnecessary, unfair, and left us with a very negative final impression. I would not recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are very clean and AC works wonderfully. Service is extremely quick, cleaning ladies are so sweet. Location is great, sea is literally across the road; the beach is fantastic. Food was also delicious! I was impressed with the variety and the taste. There is a huge car park near by, so no troubles with parking.
Some things to consider:
*during the dinner drinks are extra (e.g. orange juice was 140try).
*there are no lounge chairs that belong to the hotel by the sea. You must rent those extra.
*cocktails are questionable.
*you must bring your own beach towel.
*there is no sea view if you're on the 2nd floor (even if the hotel claimed your room has "sea view").
Some things to consider:

Brilliant hotel, gorgeous pool area, great food and drink. The hotel is practically on the beach, and what a beach it’s on too! Gorgeous location. Cannot fault it at all, will definitely be back!

Turned up and they chucked us out into a grotty apartment a short drive away because they had overbooked. We also booked and for a sea view room and when we did finally check in they didn’t give us a sea view because there was no space. Absolute scam - do not recommend at all.

Location is amazing so many shops, restaurants around . The beach is a few minutes walk. The only thing was there wasn't much food to pick for British people . Thats my only bad point to pick . The men in the shops r extremely ignorant and very pushy . Think we are going to stick to iclemer !

We had the most amazing holidays in this hotel for the second time. The food, staff and the most important of all the General Manager Amanda is always there to help if need be. Thank you Amanda see you next year. God Bless. Xx

Everything was perfect for the check in till the check out.
Everybody in the hotel is always asking if you need help or anything. Breakfast and dinner are amazing. The chefs always put delicious food for dinner, much more special than what you find in the town.
