Nice atmosphere for families looking for a beach vacation. The resort offers many options such as yoga, water polo, beach volleyball, nightly entertainment. They also have kids crafting and activities available

For kids hotel provides a cot, it has baby food (kind of a soup-cream, pureed fruit, yogurth, juice, milk drink and you can always find what to serve for the child from "general" dishes), mini club for kids after 3 years and a playground outside, separate pool for children

Very beautiful and well-kept rooms and hotel territory, tasty food (we were supsrised with fish and seafood served every day) and good amenities for children (we traveled with 1 year old infant)

Compared with previous experience in Turkey, this is not a 5-star hotel, rooms are equipped with showers, rooms are small, furniture and design are old

Hotel location is amazing. The beach view is breathtaking. The beach is cozy, clean and nice. Perfect place to spend a vacation with little kids. Service is nice. Food is good. The personal is thoughtful and helpful.

We vacationed for a week at the Orange County hotel. I came with the Hungarian hairstylists team to the 3-day International hairdressing show held at the hotel. The foods was varied and delicious

Enjoyed the vacation! Got the sea view room not even asking for it. Impressed by variety of food and drinks. There are a lot of activities inside and outside of the hotel

the view of the room was the best، it was big enough and you could see roads and forest. staffs were really friendly and nice to guests. the programs for kids at nights were fun also the snacks beside pool was great

We like everything in this hotel, the food, drinks, shows, every activity. Especially morning gym, the trainer Sam is the best worker here. Love her energy, her dance and the attention she gave us

The animation team was amazing and I enjoyed all the activities. they are so friendly,warm and active and the entertainments were perfect I enjoyed my holiday next to this wonderful team

Travelled as a family- one parent with three teenagers. Great location, decent food, amazing facilities and staff who go well above and beyond to make your experience good

The hotel is super clean, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good, the bed was huge. There's a mini fridge that is free, and stocked daily. The resort is excellent for families with young children

There are three pools, one has a pirate ship for the kids to play on. There's entertainment on at the Amphitheatre every night, discos on the beach, foam parties, all sorts. It's a great place to stay for families

Although the Marin doesn't have slides in the pool, there are pools on the Island that do. Eftalia Island is a short walk from the hotel, the all inclusive is also available here

I feel like things like the zip line, go karts, crazy golf and rides could be added as a package or a set allowance for free then after that charged

The food is ok, just be prepared for madness trying to get some. The dining room is really busy, some of the food is in the terrace room

We did not receive the right code necessary for fly check-in from the office, and the officials were „certainly” unreachable. We could manage our problem exclusively with the help of the man at the reception, Sidar

Regarding helpfulness I would like to enhance Sidar from the reception staff. Resulted from our travel agency negligence we encountered really serious difficulty on our trip to back home on 22nd of October

The hotel is located very well, near the sea (just 15 minutes to the sea by walking), Shops, markets and restaurants are nearby delicious with good quality Clean rooms, comfortable beds, we had everything in our room Very clean! The hotel and reception staff were very kind and polite!

We spent a marvelous time in Hotel Blue Star. The hotel takes place a prestigious position in the city, close to the most beautiful beach of the sea. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable

The staff is kind, helpful and really professional. The all-inclusive restaurant caters to all needs - and above that you could ask for - with its delicious and varied dishes

They have vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and pistachio icecream flavours available! The evening entertainment is the only poor bit really - bingo is fun! I’ve always understood that Turkey 5 star is like standard 3/4 star so don’t expect magnificence, but also go with an open mind because it’s lovely and the staff are friendly enough, though most don’t speak good English - enough to get where you need...

The drinks are strong and tasty at each bar. The icecream/snack bar is not a quick trip from the pool as it’s around the corner of the front of the hotel but worth it once you get there

There are plenty of English people around in the little shopping/restaurant area. Give it a chance and ignore the stupid stuck up reviews!

I liked everything. Animation was a little lame, but sometimes they lit up to the fullest. Basically I liked everything.

The food is not top quality - but it’s edible and there is a large salad and bread selection which is good for me! They do BBQ and yummy food at each serving so you’ll find something you like - food is repetitive but for me this meant I would defo get to eat something I enjoyed

There is no words how can I decribe this heavenly paradise. Hotel rooms with daily cleaning, terrace view amazing, food no words. Everything was fresh cooked, everything was very clean and safe

1-At the room floor is covered by carpet, that is a terrible idea. If you have a very sensitive noise, it may bother you. 2-There are billiards tables down, and they ask money for it

Come on, guys, in a fiwe star all-inclusive concept, those should be free. 3-all travelers love playing volleyballs. There is not enough attention from the hotel workers at that part. The net is lower than it should be

Everything else was fantastic! I'm talking about rooms, cleanliness, food and variety, deserts, the beach, animation team, music, the gym is ok, all of the staff

There is room for improvement howether - The coffee is real good only in Starbucks and in the hotel interior court. the rest of the coffee machines are average

After all it is a 5 star hotel and since they are really trying to please their guests in all of the other ways, this should be important too. Other than that a heart-felt recommendation

4th time on vacation in Turkey. Seen before Kemer region two times and Alanya once. This time was the best experience ever related specifically to the hotel. Everything was nearly perfect

During our stay we had room facing the sea side (paid extra for it) if we would come back again, I wouldn't pay for the sea side view since at least 3 nights we couldn't sleep due to the night entrainment program, which was very loud till late night (pass 11PM) not great while on vacation with a 2yo

Pros: located on the first line to the sea 50 meters, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the food is varied and tasty, there is a choice of meat, and drinks of alcohol at lunch and dinner, there was wine, beer is always more spirits for a fee, in addition to the main restaurant and bars where during the day you can eat

Cons: the hotel is located 120 km from the airport, so to get at least 2 hours in the rooms poor sound insulation, Internet access is weak though and catches throughout the evening animation so so young people there will be boring, no discos

Pebble beach, deck chairs are always there, the sea enclosed by the breakwaters and the waves do not interfere with swimming

Rested in September 2017, the hotel enjoyed. This hotel is ideal for a quiet family holiday

We got sea view room with no extra charge paid! Animation team give their best to entartain the guests! Negative: Food was very traditional, for people who like Turkish food that is a positive, for my family it would be better to also have some more european meals

Lovely hotel and lovely resort. Shame the food wasn't particularly good and the manner of service in the restaurant was something we've never had before. The hotel allowed the guests to put towels on sunbeds at 5

Officially you have to wait 3-5 people in line at the hotel. it's worth adding that the restaurant freezes. All-inclusive concept, but not everything :) for example, a snack bar in the hotel does not have a car

Beach is not to large and quality of equipment is not good, there are some broken things there Overall: Comparing this hotel price with other 5* hotels this was what I expected. This hotel deserves 4* rating

it's getting cold air conditioning very hot late the only cooler doesn't work. I think the management of the hotel electricity saving :) this is not worthy of 5 stars. the number of elements is insufficient

The animation team were superb and the entertainment around the pool each day was great, they were so friendly and got everyone involved, without being too pushy

We spent 10 nights at this hotel and all I can say is positives about it, there was always variety with food and brilliant set ups for food so you can snacks in between meal times

They also took the time to come and interact with everyone. We'll done!!! All staff were very helpful when we needed anything There is a free bus to the private beach each day

I have just returned from this amazing resort with my family. The rooms were spacious and clean. In fact the whole resort was very clean

There was plenty of choice each day for food, and snacks and ice cream throughout the day

We tipped a little as it was deserved, but got great hospitality even when we didn't. Beach a bit gravelly but still a nice place to be. Food was standard all inclusive fare but with plenty of choice and done very well

At the same time, both my mother and I are not the fittest and we have been in hotel complexes before, but this "commuting" really makes the hotel special in that. We came to hang out on the beach on vacation

If you are looking for the ultimate place to relax, club Turtas is the place for you. This resort has multiple pools, a private beach and even several slides

Another year another complex review. The location is bit remote, about 2 hrs from the airport, but this goes fast and you can watch other resorts while traveling or just relax

The food is OK, the selection is small , but hungry you will not stay and does not happen such that not enough someone. Near the sea, with the still need?

Excellent hotel for its 4* works well. Cleaning every day, good Internet. Hungry of course you're not staying. But the selection is small, the soup is always just 1. With all the snacking turns feeding 7 times a day

The pool and the area around it was very dirty. Smoking allowed almost everywhere. Could not be by the pool without someone smoking right next to you. It was a complete free-for-all

The water slides operate on schedule from 10 to 11, from 14 to 14:30 and from 15:30 to 17, which is not very convenient. The beach is small pebbles, but the seabed is an uneven rocky slab, which is easy to scratch

zeus and cesar are sympathetic entertainers, they are very friendly and very hospitable and all the staff are very friendly nice people I recommend everyone who plans to visit Kahya hotel 👍 recommended

The room was very comfy, and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. During the day the animators are responsible for the good vibes around the pool, they give their best to make you enjoy your staying

It is better to go near the cliff (walk along the beach for 7-10 minutes), there is pebbles in the sea, but as a bonus there is a large number of the same tricksters, and the sea becomes like a soup of people

I would like to point out the guy named Zeus. He was really kind and always asked us about how is our holiday going. Definitely a person who i want to see in these kind of places

stayed here at least 5 times all of them when i was under 12 years old nice staff, although the waiters back then would hit on me at times pool was good food was good (still dreaming about that rice pudding and the chocolate cake they would serve with coffee, nothing like it) my family loved to drink mini disco time is forever will return one day

There is a tunnel from the hotel which takes you under the road to a private beach

Staff very friendly, food varied and tasty however some complain it's not very warm,we didn't find that an issue at all considering the amount of people catered for. Overall an amazing experience

Only reason for 4 star location is the distance from airport otherwise the beach is very convenient and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby

rested with the family from 04/28/2019 to 05/05/2019 in the still former Katya Hotel, Alanya and there was only one building, and the new one was in the forests. The hotel is not big but very comfortable

- if you want the safe, it Costs 2€ per day - if you want to get fresh towels, you can get them only once, every other time you have to pay 1€ per change - lunches and dinners vary and generally the food tastes good (if you dont like garlic and onion like me, you will have fewer options to eat, but that is my personal preference, so I dont mind) - they offer spa, but i still need to check whether...

Great Location with a private beach and in a walking distance from the city center. Although not too diverse the food is very good. All the facility are clean and the entertainment is pretty good as well

I‘ve been here in late October/November 2022 & let me tell you, it was amazing! Every single worker was super friendly, helpful and accommodating

- People get up very early and put their towels on the sunbeds by the pool/beach and then go on with their day, so sometimes you will come and there will be no space for you, even though there are a lot of empty sunbeds with only towels

Great hotel very close to city centre, rooms are good and clean. Staff is super friendly and nothing has never been a problem. Food is above what I expected from all inclusive, not amazing but pretty good for the price

Good hotel, slightly shabby interior of the rooms, but who wants to see what he gets. The food is delicious, the pools are clean, the territory is constantly cleaned.

Shop downstairs is very overpriced. Food was OK, not amazing but can't really complain about the quality. Entertainment was of a good quality and the kids enjoyed the pools, play park and kids club

Food isn’t labelled correctly nor are allergens, which was very annoying when it came to eating as 3 out of us is allergic/sensitive toIt wasn’t too annoying, until we booked our excursions at the hotel with Leo who promised us a “good price” we did the panther Safari and buggy tour

Ice cream during the day, cocktails (fizzy drinks, gin, whiskey, vodka and juice are included) at night time there is a selection of activities and snack for an extra cost

In addition to the ice cream girl in the evening, her smile was missing, it seemed as if someone was forcing her to do that job, no matter how much you tried to make a joke with her, she looked like you had killed someone

Lovely hotel, great value for money. Just wished the rooms were somewhat nicer. But the views we had of the hotel made it worth it 😍 would definitely come back. The staff was lovely and loads of veggies options

My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight! One of the highlights was the convenient layout where everything was close to each other - the pool, and the beach

What I didn't like is that I had an incident in the room and while ironing I ruined the upholstery of the sofa. We told the reception about this and the assessment they gave the bull was very high (100 euros)

We enjoyed our stay at Sirius and the staff (Eyud the day manager, Serhat the night manager) and the kitchen staff (Chef, Sergen etc. ) were all very wonderful people and their warmth made our stay very enjoyable

Great food in restaurant, helpful staff in multiple bars and FANTASTIC animation team, these guys are really doing great job. Really great Turkish Evening, as well as Party Night (other animations were great too :-))

It is good they know German and Russian, but still English is the most universal one and it is very difficult for other nations to communicate with most of the hotel staff

I have just spent 2-weeks long holiday at Club Kastalia and it was really great! Very nice resort with small accomodation buildings spread over large, green area, resulting in the resort area not being crowded

Honestly no comment on anything , it was an amazing vacation in the amazing resort , the smile of each on in club kastalia team make you happy , food superb every day new things , programs in each day and at night dont let you do anything outside full program

Apart from that, hotel is located next to sea, so you can go to the beach anytime you wish

Lot of quiet places allowing to rest. Aquapark and miniclub for chidren (VERY important for families), 'quiet' pool for adults and two other pools for everyone
