A hotel staff who doesn’t know about hospitality. Be aware of the rude staff erdal who can’t assist you incase of emergency.

Great location for tourists. So close to everything tourists need to see. The bazaars, the mosques, tram stops, taxi and other shops such as coffee shops, restaurants, sweet shop, etc...
The hotel is literally location next to so many restaurants and shops. The price is great and the staff are amazing and attentive.

Suitable for its price. Other than that, some customers staying at the hotel make incredible noise after 12 am. When you warn them, they shout that we are women, we are tourists, you can't do anything to us. In addition, the staff doesn't care, and say if there is a problem, let's change your room.

The hotel has an excellent location in a great part of town. The rooms were clean and tidy and any issues with plumbing or the room were quickly addressed. Nothing was too much trouble.

Small but beautiful hotel. Great staff especially Erdul at Reception. Although rooms a bit small it was comfortable and beautiful bathroom. We had room on 5th floor and Restaurant on 6th floor. Very nice variety for breakfast. Stunning view from Terrace Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

Good value for moderate prices: the hotel is located right behind Sultanahmed square, which makes Hagia Sophia and the cisterns also close enough for a short sightseeing walk.
The consierges speak a fair English and are available for any question (directions, translations etc). The breakfast has definitely more quality than in other places of the same price range.
Big minus: cardboard walls. If you are living next door with an Arab family that loves to beat their children at two in the night, this might be an obstacle for your stay...

For the money that we paid, the hotel is best buy because of it's location. It is situated ultra-central and you are in within walking distance to every major attraction (Blue Mosque, Galata Tower, Bosfor Cruises, Dolombace Palace, Grand Bazar etc.). Just beware one crucial thing; the hotel being "in the middle of the people", there is a lot of noise outside and inside. The cars and pedestrians are passing under your window and at rush hours it's quite noisy. Our advice is to bring ear plugs, we never travel wihout them. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. Also the food is great.👍👌

Awesome staff. Nice rooms. Breathtaking view from the rooftop terrace you can access 24/7. Strong WiFi. Secure Parking space nearby.
