The hotel is so-so, the location is tolerable, but we will not stay here again. The staff are good, friendly people. In its price category it is satisfactory. We needed to walk around the center and throw some dice during the transfer from the new to the old airport. Istanbul - everything is expensive, there are traffic jams and it is shabby. I don't really want to come back here, but it is a matter of taste and personal feelings.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in the superior triple room. The room doesn't really look like on the pictures, the shower wasn't working properly and the tiny room wasn't cleaned good. We had only one small duvet for a double bed and when I asked for an additional one, they said that they don't find it and they are running out of them. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The best thing about this hotel is only the location. They should definitely renovate the rooms and work more on cleaning.

As it was my first trip to Turkey, I chose to stay in the old town where it is easy to get around.
The location was also good as I could walk to everywhere I wanted to go.
When I had a problem and told the staff about it, they responded immediately.
The staff were also very friendly and this is a hotel I would like to stay at again if I go to Turkey.

I stayed with my friend at the Timeks Hotel from June/25 for 4 days, then after finishing our tourist trips in the other states, we returned to the same hotel from July 9 to July 18 because ,it's a wonderful location, easy to access . The welcome was good, especially from the owner of the hotel Ufoq, great manners , you don't find many people like him .Serhat offers assistance without asking, and Tariq, at the night shift, does not hesitate to help . The room is always clean, and I recommend that every person who comes to Istanbul should choose Timek . It will always be my first choice ☺️

We spent two excellent weeks in this hotel and we received excellent treatment and service from the manager, Ufuk the employees Sarhad and Tariq, and all the female workers.. I hope everyone will book in this excellent hotel... and it deserves the four stars. With my regards and appreciation to everyone...

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in sultan Ahmet area, the room was clean and cool. The beds were so comfortable and the reception was the nicest there was. I’d recommend this again to everyone I know who comes back to Istanbul.

Stayed with my wife at this hotel from 24-30 June 2024. Rooms were average size but clean and adequate. Location is on the doorstep to major tourist attractions including the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia and local transport. Breakfast was what you get in most Istanbul hotels.
Staff were very helpful., with a special mention to brothers Ufuk and Tareq. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel and would definitely rebook in the future.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I lived in the basement. The quilt was smelly, the toilet shower head was broken, and the service attitude was also bad. It didn't look like a hotel. Please don't stay in this hotel.

friendly clean comfortable family run hotel one of the best. Beds pillows comfortable. Breakfast makes the day. Close to everything. Restaurants close by. Located in a quiet location.i can highly recommend this hotel for your visit.
