We had a pleasant stay during our first visit to Istanbul, and the experience was made even better thanks to the helpful manager, Mr. Ahmed. He went out of his way to assist us and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was decent and gave us a good start to the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable—nothing fancy but perfectly fine for our needs. The location is excellent, with a currency exchange nearby, plenty of stores within walking distance, and easy access to public transportation. Overall, a great choice for first-time visitors to the city!

Overall, the hotel was just fine,
Mrs ahmed was very warm and welcoming.
The wifi was good,
the room was small, and it had thin walls, so if u have noisy nabours, u will hear everything,
the cleaning service did absolutely nothing but make the beds,
The breakfast was simple, and the coffee was consumable but not good. They would yell at u if u take some food with you.
We had a decent stay for 8 days, spending the day out and just sleeping in the room in the night.

We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights
The hotel is clean and the employees are very helpful and kind but the rooms are very very small and most of them were without windows, location was good and near the puplic transportation but the hotel street was full of night clubs which was annoying for us as a family with kids

Don’t go there !! don’t go there , honestly the worst hotel in the world it’s a shame to call it a hotel even ! Everything about it is disgusting truly and the neighborhood is not safe beware not to go there

I travel with my family from Sweden and often transit through Istanbul. This is the best hotel we have visited here so far. Great location, everything is nearby. The room is clean, homely and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The hotel staff responds quickly to any request. The guys at the reception are very polite, kind and ready to help.
I will come back here again and recommend it to my friends and everyone I know. It's the best!
P.S. Special thanks to the guy Ahmad, who received us very well, my children liked him, he was kind to them and Nazir, who also helped us with everything, treated us to delicious Turkish sweets and even helped buy a bag (by the way, very cheap). Thanks good guys!

Do not recommend it. People going in to your room in the middle of the night. We were so uncomfortable and scared. No apologies whatsoever. The hotel is small and loud and didn't get good sleep at all.
