In terms of decor, the apartment side is new and the breakfast is ok. Everything else is a disgrace, cleaning staff can’t be bothered, the safe is big enough for an iPhone and it’s not fixed to the wall, with a worker saying it so you can move it around. Can’t get my head around this to be honest.
All works in the hotel reception are grumpy and disgusting people to deal with. When asking for a taxi they charge 200 lira extra as a booking fee ‘as they have to book it’ when all they do is phone a taxi. Please avoid there are better hotels in the area stick to crown plaza or Hilton as they have better customer service don’t just look at the decor.

We stay in this hotel only for one night we suppose to stay 3 nights because somebody steals our money from our room.we went to inform hotel manager he was trying to make us wrong for leaving our money and stuff in the room. We literally paid $90 usd for one night total night $270 if the place is not safe to keep valuable items they should tell us in advance. We went to police station at least we wanted to put a little impact on their hotel rules to save the next victim. And on top of that when we tell them we don’t want to stay there for the rest of the night we booked, they were not allowed us to get our money back. Such a bad experience. Guys it just be carful with your stuff when you decided to stay one this kind hotels.

Great value for money.. Very clean.. Very helpful staff.. Location is in the heart of city next to everything you need. The only issue is size of rooms are small.. But they have every thing you need in it. You can book an apartment for the same price of the room.. So better take the apartment which is much bigger.

The worste hotel i have ever seen, the room was so hot like a suna and the employee said that he will turn it on in two minutes with his computer but he was lying there was a problem in the air conditionair but he lied to us, and they were so rude

All opinions here are lies, bad reception and the air conditioner does not work and lies about it .. I do not recommend it strongly .. The staff is rude and lies a lot .. This hotel should be closed
