Birbey Hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms and bathrooms were filthy, with dust covering everything. To make matters worse, the person serving breakfast repeatedly put his hand in his nose in front of everyone. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. Be aware that the photos advertised are misleading and do not reflect reality. When I asked for warm milk, I was given cold milk and was told to add hot water. 😳
Never ever go there.

The only good thing in this hotel is the location.
The room was fair enough, but the bed's cover was the worst thing l have ever seen it was disgusting with the blood stain on it l recommend you bring your own covers if you want to stay in this hotel , the lighting in the room was poor and from the window, you can see only the wall
The breakfast was very, very simple, thank god it was clean

the hotel is nothing what it seems like from the pictures. it is absolutely disgusting and filthy. mirrors, shower, floor, walls, towles and cushions are all dirty and the bed is very uncomfortable!! the good things are that the AC works in our room and thats about it.

I did not have a pleasant stay,starting with the elevator it was too small it could barely fit two people.
Every where is so dark the lights on the hallways turn off unless there is motion but only in certain places causing the area in front of my room to always be dark, the room itself had minimum lighting which was very uncomfortable.
The door to the bathroom was broken it wouldn’t close let alone lock,when we told them about this they said they would fix it but did nothing.
When I first arrived the room was missing 2 pillows (it had three beds and only one pillow) when we told them they only brought one more pillow.
The room is very small you can barely move.
Breakfast consists of limited options that don’t suit everyone’s taste.
We like to have dinner outside around 8 but they always take out the cushions at that time so we have to sit directly on the wood.
The room misses lots of things like tissues,trash can,mirror and a chair.
The only good thing is room service we never run out of towels or toilet paper.

Rooms are too small, bathroom door doesn’t close or lock, the brake fast options are limited and you aren’t allowed to turn on the ac, there’s not trash can in the room. The hallway has motion activated lights so it’s always dark and the elevator only carry 3 people max
