The reason I can't give more than 3 stars is the horrid smell that came from the bathroom throughout my 5 day stay. It spread to the whole room if the door wasn't closed, and staying in the bathroom was absolutely awful. This wasn't going on in my room only but also a friend's room. Besides that, the room was nice and clean even through it was a bit small. The hotel overall is very beautiful and very well placed, being next to a tram station and close to shops and tourist spots. It also has a nice view. The breakfast was tasty and pretty varied. I would have given this hotel 5 stars but the smell thing just can't be ignored.

It was a very nice hotel and helpful staff.
Good qality for the price and an excellent location. Some renevations are needed but it's clean and good. We stayed in room 105 in June 2024.

Loved our stay at the Emporium Hotel! Great location, steps away form the Grand Bazaar, near tram & metro stations and close to Ayasofya, Blue Mosque, Topkapi, Basilica Cistern etc.
The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was delicious (with lots of vegetarian options) and the staff was very nice. Special thanks to Kenan at reception - very professional and helpful. And also to Cengiz, who helped us with our luggage. This little hotel made us love Istanbul even more! The only thing missing was a terrasse on the rooftop, because the views of the sea and the city there are absolutely gorgeous!

I was at this hotel with my group of 21 people in march 2024.
What can I say about this hotel. Staff nice, breakfast good, rooms clean, wifi is working very good even tough i read that its not working.
Some rooms are a little bit small but if you go to visit Istanbul you dont need more.
We felt very good at this hotel and I really recomend.

"Great location near Grand Bazaar and many attractions in Istanbul. A short walk to the tram line and metro what is very important in Istanbul . Clean and comfortable rooms. Freshly breakfast and cleaning staff.

Location is great. It's very close to Grand Bazaar and metro and buses are easily accessible along with money exchanges, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good. Rooms are little small and WiFi is very weak. Very helpful staff

Rooms are specious and clean. However, beds are not very comfortable. The location is good, but with the construction around the hotel, it was a nightmare to get into the hotel.

I was given a triple room just for myself. The room has a view of Marmara Sea. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The hotel is two tram stops from the Sultanahmet Square on the T1 line, not a bad location. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
