Pros: The location is excellent, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation. For the price, it offers reasonable value, especially if you're just looking for a basic place to stay. The room and bathroom were both clean, and I appreciated the added convenience of having a kettle to make tea.
Cons: Unfortunately, the main reason I chose this hotel—to get a comfortable night's sleep—was not fulfilled. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest properly. I didn't have high expectations, but I had hoped for at least a decent sleeping experience, which the hotel fell short on.
In summary, it’s a good option for location and price, but if you're looking for comfort, especially in terms of sleep quality, this might not be the best choice.

Ver nice and clean room in a very good location. The staff has been very cooperative and helpful. Will recommend for families looking for a nice stay with reasonable price.

Great location, friendly staff. Electric kettle, tea , coffee, water available in the room. We added one more day to stay there . Near to major activities especially Galata tower. Anastasia and Ismail were quite cooperative.. Although breakfast should be made available...

I did enjoy the hotel and the service is amazing. I was provided with anything I needed. My room was very clean and I liked the interior.Btw, location is amazing. Receptionist, unfortunately I forgot his name, he made me feel so welcome. I regret I didn’t book for entire stay as wasn’t sure about my plans, so next day they were fully booked and even though they helped me with a reservation in the other hotel, which is just next door. Thanks a lot!

The hotel is perfect for those who seek a calm residence. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always ask if residents need any help. Haseeb, Murad and the other Turkish young man were very friendly and professional in dealing with residents of the hotel. They can speak different languages and they offer help when it comes to tourism in Istanbul. The location of the hotel makes it easy to reach all tourist attractions, buses and metro stations. Plus, there are alot of restaurants and cafes with beautiful views near the hotel. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this hotel for every one.

I wish i could give zero. Except gor the location, it was terrible. The room was so filthy that I had to use my T-shirt as a pillow case. The towels the sheets were disgusting. Arrived after midnight so had to stay but left early in the motning. Stay away, don’t be fooled buy the reviews like me.

very fresh and cozy Hotel, the personal at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Omar and Hamza (the receptionists) made us feel home by guiding us all the time no matter the time. They seemed to be very experienced since they could answer to all of our questions and had a solution to all of our daily problems that we faced during our visit in Istanbul. I will definitely book this hotel again any time soon and I have recommended this hotel to all of my friends.

Galapera Hotel made my stay in Istanbul like living at home. The receptionists were open to every request (like even washing my jacket ). They were very flexible and kind. The sheets were always perfectly cleaned, the rooms were nicely warm and everything i needed for my stay was provided.
The Air conditioner heated or cooled perfectly good. The rooms were cleaned everyday.
No matter the time the service was a 12/10.
Galapera and it’s workers are like a home to me in Istanbul. A beautiful experience I’ll never forget.

I had the most perfect stay in istanbul , all thanks to this hotel. The people behind the desk were so friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very clean, with very good room service. They provided with everything u needed.
This was my 9th time in istanbul, and all my stays have been in different hotels. Believe me when Im telling u, u will not find a better reception in the world like this one. I will definitely come back to Galapera hotel.

Great staff, perfect location and a really cheap comfortable and clean room. TV, air, coffee, private shower and a big bed! Thank u for everything!
