Compared to last year, I have to give a minus point for the service, but this is not due to the staff but rather to the management. With such a high guest frequency, more staff should be employed accordingly. The hotel was really clean and the hotel staff were all friendly. I was given a free room upgrade so had the master suite which included a kitchen and lounge area. The views from the higher floors were amazing especially at night. The location was around 30mins from the airport and 25mins to the tourist areas like Taksim (not too bad as uber was £15 to there).

The room is super big and spacious. Bed is very comfortable. Comes with bath tub just that water leaks from it after usage. Hotel location not very near Istanbul main attractions, but the price is good for such spacious hotel room. Close to airport, abt 30 mins without traffic. It is a good choice for business trips. Taxis are not as chaotic as those in scenic spots and they charge extra (occasionally you may encounter some...) Türkiye's economy is not good, the lira is depreciating, and everything is not cheap...

After 3 Years we were back at the Hilton because i was curious how it looks like after the Renovation and I have to say, the Mix between the Historical and the Modern Time has succeeded well! The view was beautiful and the food/snacks in the Executive Lounge were delicious. I enjoyed it very much.

Here's the advice if you'll stay in this hotel, make sure the lady in the reception likes you, because if she doesn't, she'll make sure that none of the hotel service will be delivered to you and make your stay like hell. I couldn't get connected to wifi because she refused to instruct us on how to connect , unless if i come down to the reception and declare my humility She refused my laundry...

The front desk service was very good, the room facilities were very new, and there was free fruit. It was a very comfortable stay, but it was a pity that I only stayed for one night

The bed sheets were pilling, but everything else was OK. Breakfast was also OK.

Very limited choice during breakfast and dinner. Both coffee machines not working during breakfast time and when it became ready again, water instead of milk came out for cappuccino. Room is too hot no AC. Had to open window to cook down the room and ended up with bugs calls on and torture is at night.

Once I was over the gauntlet of the two Reception ladies talking about me in their own language, I requested my bags to be brought to my room, 2 hours later I fetched them myself. Some staff, like the delightful bell boys are amazing but others are really just plain rude. To clean your room, they open the door and enter, and you find them already in your room, which as a solo traveller woman is frightening...

Good Hotel with an Excellent location. Rooms a little small and some cleanliness issues. A/C was not working but was fixed the next day. Room safe wasnt working in one of the rooms, and the bathroom door did not close properly in one room.

the hotel provided me with wrong info which made me stuck in the traffic jammed for long hours . Talks to hotel Duty Mgr but i was blamed and hotel refuse to accept their mistakes. . . . at the end i hv to change my whole itinerary and cancel my car rental. What a awful experience !

Stayed here while I was getting my teeth done. I LOVED this hotel. Room was soo clean, restaurant upstairs was AMAZING. Breakfast was pretty basic would definitely recommend to eat down the road in the small village across the bridge. Service was GREAT! Worth every cent spent on this hotel.

The view, restaurant and bar are all perfect, nothing can be faulted. Transportation is very convenient, buses and taxis are all at the door of the hotel, and the ferry is about 800 meters away from the hotel. It is a good choice for vacation.

Very very good! The service is superb and the hardware is superb! The staff were extremely friendly and the facilities are amazing. The gym is really well equipped and the pool is very nice and relaxing, along with the sauna. The selection at breakfast is great, with something for everyone. The air conditioning in the rooms was perfect and the rooms overall are nice and spacious.

We generally love Divan Istanbul hotel , and we were there for two times (2022,2025). The location is very close to Taksim Square and also to lots of restaurants and shops. 1- Connected Rooms: the doors in between the rooms are fine and also the space in each room. 2-The room with the master bed is slightly better than the kids room (two sided bed table is important to us and we only got one side)...

I have been visiting the restaurant of this hotel for business meetings. Fantastic ambience and gastronomic options. The lentil soup and the power salad (avocado etc.) are very delicious. Definitely a great area to stay in before going back home to relax and soak in the beauty of the outskirts of Istanbul and get a chance to soak in the beauty of the bus for us and enjoy some Mediterranean fish and get to eat with locals eat, of course the high-end locals. This is definitely a great way and it was the cherry on the top for our 10 year anniversary celebration.

The hotel is in a great location with nice views, breakfast is very good and the pool area is pleasant. However, it is very outdated, the rooms are very old, and apart from the bed linens things don't seem clean, a lot of stains and outdated furniture, and "leftovers" from previous guests, and dirty windows.

Perhaps this Sheraton use to be good in the past, but now this hotel only pretending to be 5star. Really rooms is fine, but everything needs repair, everywhere is cracks on the walls and dirty corners in the bathroom. Everyday housekeeping should clean better and wear glasses to see dust everywhere. One thing is good is clean beddings and comfortable bed so you may enjoy view to pool and sea side...

The hotel is next to a big shopping mall, not far away from the airport. The price is not cheap

I had executive lounge access included in my stay. The food in the executive lounge was of good quality and i enjoyed it. The outside pool was a disappointment. It looked really neglected and not well-maintained. The hotel is attached to a shopping area with lots of shops and restaurants so that is a big plus. Also the SPA is good.

I was late for my connecting flight and stayed in this hotel for a day. It was an excellent experience after a sleepless night and in general: delicious restaurant and swimming pool are inside the hotel, the shopping mall (trading street) just outside. I had a missed flight connection and was so privileged to stay at the Crown Plaza. I was treated really well by all the staff. Hotel location is not in the old town but it is still in excellent location as it is next to Levent Subway station (M2) and it has 3 large shopping malls with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also money-changer in one of the 3 malls, which is opened to 8pm. If you want familiar fast food, there is McDonald's and KFC opposite the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at Movenpick Bosphorus Istanbul. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. It felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The only small thing I’d mention is that the breakfast could be a bit more varied. Other than that, everything was lovely!

The valet parking is rude, and the prices are being changed without any notification while they have confirmed the prices at the time of the check-in.

What I didn't like about the hotel which has 5 stars. No robes. Cheap slippers. They asked for a deposit for the minibar in a 5 star hotel. Terrible view from the window.
