Kumru Hotel

We loved everything about the hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, and they had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety from the Turkish cuisine. The staff was very nice and helpful. Sultanahmet square only 7-8 min walk and they showed us on the map how to avoid uphills. All in all 10/10.

Great location and perfect for all the local sights and only 10 minutes walk from all. Breakfast sadly was not to our taste but for a coffee and pastry it was perfect. Great value for the location. Room was a little warm but did the job! Would recommend.

Stayed here for eight nights. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and cozy room with AC and a balcony w sea view. Shout out to Marwan, the breakfast service went smooth with him looking after us. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect stay. Really enjoyed my stay - very clean room with a view and balcony, daily cleaning, great breakfast and very friendly and attentive staff. Abdulrahman and his colleagues are doing great job. The hotel re booked by stay free of charge, this is extremely appreciated. Also, it is in a very nice and safe area, close to everything and without crowds. Will certainly come back and recommend this charming hotel to everyone!

Really great hotel with very good location and helpfull staff ! It's definetly at the top of my favourite hotels.

The Rooms:
Rooms are modern and cleaned every day. The bed is comfortable. The water pressure is not the best but it does the job. There was also a minibar for late night snacking. They also provided water bottles free of charge that they restock daily.

Location:
Great location, really close to the main tourist attractions and the tram, but still remote enough that you don't hear any noises from the street. There are also a few great restaurants around the corner.

Breakfast:
good selection of savoury and sweet dishes: salads, cheese, eggs, bread, cereals etc. That allows you to switch up what you eat every morning. The food tastes homemade which I particularly enjoyed.

The Staff :
it was my first solo trip and I was a bit stressed that i would feel lonely or unsafe.

But the moment I walked into Kumru hotel I was greated and treated as a friend. The Hotel and rooms are great but its the people working there that made it very special.

I stayed there for a week and honestly think that I enjoyed my trip so much thanks to all the staff at Kumru hotel, who helped me with all my needs, and made me feel very safe in an unknown city.

Special thanks to Sinan for all warm welcoming, answering all my questions and making sure I get back to the hotel safely.

very good location. very good staff. everything was as planned, we are very pleased. thank you.

We were sick, and Yigit allowed us to stay two hours longer and checked out later. That was lovely.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean and the shower worked not well.

I stayed at this hotel in September 2023 for 5 nights.
Everything was excellent and beyond par from the rooms to the staff to the breakfast.
Would definitely recommend this place for holiday makers.
