The hotel’s in a great spot, right by the tram and bus, just two stops from the Grand Bazaar. The rooms are clean, and there’s a good variety at breakfast. The owner, Orhan, is super friendly. He gives great tips on places to visit and always makes sure you're comfortable. We asked for some comfier pillows, and he brought them to our room right away. He even treated us to Turkish coffee twice and checked in after we left to see if we made it home okay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I have made a reservation 4 months ago and it was unexpectedly cancelled at the last minute. I attempted to reach out to the hotel for assistance and clarification regarding this issue, but unfortunately, my efforts were ignored.
This lack of communication and support from the hotel left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I expected a more professional handling of the situation, especially considering the inconvenience caused to my plans.
Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I hope the hotel can improve its communication and customer service in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, thanks to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, always greeting us with smiles and ready to assist with anything we needed. A special mention to Orhan and Abdo, who went above and beyond to help our family with any request. The service was excellent, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. We would also like to thank the rest of the staff for their outstanding service. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant experience

The hotel manager, Orhan, and Abdul were absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful and welcoming. The hotel location was great being well connected with the tram and metro and in an area with plenty of good restaurants too. The room was big for a city centre and well equipped. Importantly the Aircon was awesome and at night the hotel was nice and quiet. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Excellent Hotel!! Staff were always friendly and always helpful!! Vladamir (works at night) went above and beyond for me with helping me with a vacuum cleaner to vacuum seal my bags!! Saved me a lot of time!! Also the gentleman that works during the day was also excellent!! Recommend Highly, will be staying here next time I am in Istanbul. Parking also from 9pm to 10am is available on street but you cannot park after 10am

This hotel excels in every aspect, particularly the staff. Special thanks to Orhan and the entire team Abdou, mustapha for their exceptional attention to detail, ensuring our happiness throughout our stay. The hotel's location is ideal, conveniently close to everything you might need in Istanbul. The rooms are immaculate and well-maintained, and the morning breakfast is truly delightful. From now on, this will be my go-to hotel for every trip to Istanbul.

I must say that I'm delighted with this hotel. Mr. Orhan made sure that our stay goes well. Great manager. Rooms clean, hotel close to major sites like Aya Sofia (10min tram ride). Tram station less than 100 meters from the hotel. Small issues with internet connection but we didn't stay much in hotel anyway so it didn't bother me much.

Lovely little hotel located in the middle of the old town of Sultanahmet, at a 5 min distance from both tram and bus stations.
Staff is wonderful, especially Orhan who go extra mile to ensure you have a perfect stay there. He was very helpful in accommodating our requests and guiding us to the tours of the city as well

Booked 3 rooms for the family. All of us extremely happy. Centrally located close to all public transport, sight seeing, restaurant etc. Staff and service very good. Orhan the manager was excellent. Came to chat to us every morning at breakfast. Checked that we were all sorted for the day. Very helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place.

The staff here are incredibly accommodating, wonderfully humble, and provide top-notch service and breakfast. With a perfect location, spotless rooms, and comfy beds, they could give masterclasses in hospitality to every hotel in the US.
The manager Ojan, would literally walk to every table every morning and making sure everyone’s needs are met, this is beyond what I have ever experienced! 100% recommend this hotel, and will be back anytime I’m in Istanbul.
