Mukarnas Taksim Hotel

This place is a gem. Located at a convenient location within a walking distance from Taksim Square and the Metro, but it is in a quiet side street. The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. Gozde, Sibel, Ayhan and Ahmet were simply wonderful. The room was clean with a wonderful shower. The breakfast options were excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My friends and I visited this hotel last week, and we had a great time there. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was extremely accommodating and polite, and they made sure we were comfortable. We had excellent service! The location of the area was convenient, allowing us to see historical monuments on time. We can also easily and quickly travel to the hotel because Taksim Square, with all of its shops and restaurants, is close. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Istanbul especially if you know majority of the time you’d be outside. Thank you all to the staff members who attended to our every needs especially helping to lift our heavy suitcases. Inshallah we will come back soon!

We stayed at this hotel for five days (11 people) and were very happy with our experience, especially the breakfast, which is a highlight you’ll love. They serve the freshest fruit, toasted breads, a variety of Turkish pastries, and delicious dishes. Two wonderful people, Ayhan and Gozde, will take care of you; they are incredibly polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Came to Istanbul at the end of April for a pre-birthday girls trip and it was the best hotel we've ever booked! All the staff are super attentive and polite from the dining staff to the lobby staff and cleaners too! We were given the connecting rooms which were super spacious and comfy! Staying on the top floor gave us the biggest and best opportunity to see the Turkish night life through our balcony which we fell in love with!! The best part of our trip was knowing we'd come back to the hotel and interact and be greeted by their super friendly staff and go to our amazing hotel rooms! Will definitely be coming back to Istanbul and staying here! Dining staff were amazing, always checking up on us making sure we were okay and assisting us with refills.

Super accessible location with Istiklal road 20 seconds away from the hotel and a minute away from Taksim Square. Taxis are also quick to catch with the perfect location of this hotel!

As young explorers and travellers the staff were super accommodating towards us and our needs as well, especially our cleaning lady who had to put up with 4 girls getting ready! All staff we super quick to assist us with general queries about the area, tours and general things like sim cards. Thank you to all the staff who helped us throughout our stay making our trip extremely memorable! I hope to come back again to stay in this amazing hotel with all of its wonderful staff!!

This is an exceptional hotel. I chose it because of the positive reviews and the reviews were spot on. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful at all hours. The rooms are very clean. The location is convenient. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever had!! I highly recommend this hotel.

My partner and I had an amazing experience in this hotel. The room service, hospitality, breakfast, ambiance and overall essence of the hotel truly showcases that the staff care about their guests and want them to have a great time in Turkey.
