The hotel has 5 -6 levels but doesn't have a lift so you have to walk up to the narrow and steep stairs to get to your room. Doesn't suit for anyone who have a big luggage or have legs problems.

Rooms so small you can't even move around easily. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the corridors and even from the bathroom chimney. I was coughing every night in my sleep due to cigarette smoke.

The room is not bad, the staff at the reception are not polite, I would have had breakfast included, they just stupidly didn’t want to reveal the fact that I was absent at breakfast one day, there was no organization, two people were only adequate and this was the cleaning lady and the guy with a ponytail at the reception , I was there for 14 nights from 13.08 to 27.08, my personal opinion is not recommended ❌️

This is the most terrible place in Istanbul. Don't take this hotel ever. I had a reservation through a tour operator. There should have been a double room. Spacious. But it turned out that, in fact, for this money, a closet without windows and the smell of mold is terrible. The money was not returned. The administration does not speak Russian. I was ready to spend the night on the street. But it was impossible to stay in the room for a minute. Another moment when I arrived at the hotel and went up to my room. The room wasn't even cleaned. They cleaned up in front of me. This is hospitality and making money from tourists. Next time I will read reviews and not trust tour operators.

Don’t even think about this hotel, it’s so dirty, the room hasn’t been cleaned for 5 days, no one here really cares about you, the main thing is friends and smoking Room without windows, 2 square meters you sleep as if in a toilet, everything is dead, I’m afraid to imagine what they might the breakfasts are so dirty There are fleas at the reception, because there are cats everywhere, I adore cats, but here they are all sick and unkempt There is not even boiling water at the reception, it’s broken you see

Staff are very friendly. Rooms are very small. some rooms without window. No elevator. Make sure to settle everything by phone before going (which floor, window is required and even negotiate price)

- That's awful hotel, do not even think to stay here. The room was dirty and almost everything was crashed. Someone's nails were on the bed, the strong smell of cigarettes, even though it was non-smoking room, we reserved the the room with one big bed and one small, but we've got the room with one big bed and one sofa, after we asked to change the room, we found that the personal don't speak english at all. Some things which were broken: hair dryer, safe, window, shower and etc. Dirty room, bed, towels staff don't know english
