Nice hotel in the interesting and so live and dynamic surroundings of Ortaköy. Very good location, just one minute from the lovely Ortakoy Çarsiii 🥰 The staff is so kind snd helpful. The rooms are nice but the furniture its little bit older. I was twice in this hotel couple of years ago and its recommendable choice 😡

we stayed on the 19/09/2019 i know its been a long time but really this is really everytime i remember how i spend my weeding and first night there i cried, the wedding the lights was so poor we asked for extra chair no one answer hospitality 0 ,it was first night as groom anf bride 4am the roof leaking with water in our face and the middle of the bed the maintenance guy come in 5:15 fizing the roof they didint even move as to another room stayed there fixing the roof untel 7:30 and we was just sitting with our pyjama waiting him.ridiculous the worst and bed experience had it in my whole life so disappointing and angry even after 3 year i can’t forget what happen with us and how they treat us or refund we paid £2700 for leaking roof and bed hospitality.

This Hotel was not enough for me. On the top floor there was a pub. We just thought there was a terraced roof which we can have some fresh air. The fifth floor was totally modern, new and comfortable. Rooms were usually clean but in the third floor they were old and not comfy. You can walk from there to Beşiktaş in 20 mins.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had in hotels. It is for sure not even 3 stars as I have been to 3 stars that were 100 times better. I got all kind of shocks starting from no internet in the room, bed bugs that bit me all over my hands, an iron that had insects where you pour water, and last but not least the worst service ever in the reception imagine people at the reception that don't even say hi back or care about all your issues I wonder why are they even there.

I have stayed at the Ortaköy Princess Hotel for 3 nights and it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at so far.
They gave me a super remote and noisy room for the 1st night which made it impossible to sleep.
Only after I really complained that I could not sleep they changed the room. Nevertheless, the 'new' room was still dirty, and full of mould everywhere ( not only) the bathroom. In the meantime I had to remind the staff to send the housekeeping over to change.
This hotel doesn't deserve it's 5 stars- a maximum of 3 stars.
Make sure you don't stay here!
