A very nice boutique hotel in one of the best areas in Istanbul. The staff are very friendly and there aren't a lot of rooms which makes it really quiet. Very accessible to multiple locations and can easily walk anywhere around central Istanbul. Rooms are fairly good but can be a bit cleaner. It can be indeed described as a homey hotel as the staff are all very nice, sweet and helpful. The breakfast area is very cozy and worth having a cup of Turkish coffee there. I would definitely visit again. I would say one of the best hotels for value for money.

The room was not clean. There was hair everywhere. No breakfast at all. Had to eat breakfast somewhere else. They said that there was parking, just for this reason and booked this hotel. But put the car was nowhere. It was very inconvenient to spend more than an hour to find a place for the car.

Overall, The Pearl Suite Hotel is a great option for tourists looking for convenience and a warm welcome during their stay in Istanbul. I have stayed here for few years and its stayed in my memory as a one of the best Hotel spots,im very happy to find out that nothing changed, it is still the best! My highest recommendations. 👍

This hotel is very good , very safe and very much high standards. The staff is very friendly and it is close to center, if u gonna use public transport u have very close the bus stop (5-8 min walk). The housekeeping was best the lady literally cleaned very well every day.
The bed ( we have king size) was very nice and comfortable. The view from room was the best, bc we have seen only neighbours building 😀 but when u are traveling and u don’t stay for a long time at hotel.
And room is super big seriously.

The hotel has a really high standard, I can really recommend it to everyone! Especially if you're looking to stay at a calm place in Istanbul and you do not want to be disturbed at night. The same time its location is very central and it's easy to reach places from Beşiktaş. The room we had was really spacious, nice furnitured and clean. Also the staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is tasteful and diverse. We couldn't want more from a hotel!

One of the best hotels I have ever experienced in Istanbul. A true showcase of the Turkish spirit and interior design. I was upgraded by the hotel to a suite and they treated me utmost love and respect from the check in experience to the breakfast and departure. The location is very convenient as you can access the ferries, the Basektas market and old streets as well as the bus hub within a 5-10 minute walk.
The breakfast selection is limited however everyday they had an interesting Turkish dish as a surprise. The hotel arranged my PCR, airport transfer and hotel room half day extension in less than 10 minutes. They are very efficient and friendly.
A special thanks to Erdrm from reception, one of the best hoteliers I've seen in a long time.

Modern, new, tasteful and calming suites in Besiktas area. Easy access to ferries, 3-5 minutes walk from the centre of Besiktas. The Hotel Manager, Erdem, sets the bounderies on absolute professionalism whilst having a friendly , polite, smiling and positive atitude. I felt like I was being welcomed by a friend; nevertheless without being intrusive. Connoisseurs of guiding you to the places of interest. Provided an umbrella before I even knew it was raining outside. : -) . Arranged transport and didnt at all made me feel uncomfortable when I was not alble to find an exchange money bureau. Changed my room when they saw I was not comfortable. Would absolutely visit again.

The location is really near of the bus stations including the Hava.ist transfer bus from/to Istanbul Airport iGA (Europe side), near to the Besiktas pier to hop on shuttle boats, near Dolmabahce palace. This hotel is nice and the personnel very helpful. Location is calm even if so close of animated roads with restaurants and shops, we loved those around the Ortaköy Camii.

The receptionist Samira is the best!!!! Such a lovely girl. She made our stay very pleasant. The hotel should be very thankful with a employee like her!!!!!

Pros:
- Extremely clean and new
- I can't remember her name but the female front desk attendant who worked during the daytime was an absolute sweetheart
Cons:
- Not worth the price
- Our room didn't come with cups or anything to drink with. The refrigerator and hair dryer were both broken. There were no hangers and only one roll of toilet paper. There was no "do not disturb" sign.
- The operating hours of the cafe were not posted anywhere. It was a mystery to the workers as well.
- The evening front desk attendant was so rude to us. On a day when we weren't dressed nice, he stopped us in the elevator and accused us of sneaking into our own room. He wouldn't let our friends visit us in our room or even sit in the cafe with friends. When I told him our fridge was broken he insisted on coming to our room immediately which I thought was so inappropriate.
- The cafe is very overpriced. 17 lira for a cappuccino that is made with an automatic machine...
- For the price of the room, I expected a nicer breakfast.
