In a great neighborhood, clean and nice rooms, the water pressure was very low in the bathroom toilet though and when we complained they answered that they already know this 🙃, otherwise good deal

Horrible customer service and the manager is yelling and showing because their bathroom had an issue with the bathroom and he didn’t want to refund the other 2 nights and he is forcing us to stay. He said they clean themselves with their hands in Turkey. Don’t stay here

Hotel is not cooperative and turns off the air conditioning and has full control to shut it down even when we asked to open it, and we cant open the windo becasue of the resturants cooking smell around

Clean, small Hotel in a very good location. For this price you can't expect more.
We recommend front street rooms as in the back is noise from a restaurant/bar.

Stayed here for 10 days last month. My stay was great. The hotel is super clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There were multiple receptionists throughout our stay who were very polite and accommodating. One of them who eventually help us with a smooth check out was Vohit. The only issue the hotel had was the room size. The rooms a bit smaller than you expect, but honestly the positive experience makes you forget the room size. The hotel is at the heart Sisli and is close to everything.

rooms were clean and non-smoking in a great surroundings 3 minutes away from metro station.
room service were good.
i asked for one day extension they asked me to move to another room which i found not very professional (never experienced in any other hotel).

The Staff were really nice and polite, hotel is in a good location with close proximity to a metro station, taxi drivers, shops and restaurants. It is clean and comfortable.

I spent in this beautiful place for almost 2 months it’s was great experience everything is nearby coffee shops and store, the staff are amazing the cleaning and the reception are polite, welcoming and helpful specially Mr.Semih and Mr.Metin are amazing 🤩
