The suite I stayed in was a Junior 1 Bedroom suite. It is adequate, large, multiple windows and balcony doors that can open up to let the fresh air in. The room is large and spacious, however, there are a couple of things to be aware of. If you plan to work on the table, it is not exactly a working table. The plug points are on the side wall and the chair/table configuration are not meant for working. Also the char does NOT have side arms. Two constant problems with Turkuaz - water bottles (I stayed over over 20 days and water bottle provisioning was always an issue). Secondly, topping up the coffee/sugar bowl again had to remind them. The floor cleaning was an issue, if one walked around the room barefoot, you'd accumulate the dirt and the soles of your feet would be black. The washer/dryer is simple to run (if you don't know how to use it - ask for instructions or download Manual PDF in English). The breakfast is decent, not that I ever had it - it looked decent. The hotel staff is extremely courteous. The internet sucks. Please make alternative arrangements. It just plain sucks. The bathroom is nice and clean, albeit so so so many times, the sink would clog up - just a huge annoyance, and good luck in trying to tell them in Turkish that the sink needs to be plunged. Now a bad value for money for the short stay, but for the long stay this can be expensive. Lots and lots of food delivery places and grocery stores in walking distance (4-10 minutes walk). Tons of cafes and restaurants all around. Is this the best deal in town? Probably not. I'm sure you can get better deals, but you will have to haggle. Most of the time, they will tell you, it is booked or not. It is not. Adequate lighting in the room. Water pressure is decent. AC unit works well. Value for money is decent. Could be 15%-25% cheaper.

First time writing review so I will try to do my best, it was a family trip from 4 adults and 2 childs. Location: It's in small and tight street , the hotel is too small, there's no spa or restaurant or anything just a mini market next to the hotel. However it was quite, you can't hear the noise of the cars and not crowded of course because there is no enough space to be crowded. Suit: the suite is well decorated and feels cozy,rooms are small but I like them, it was clean but it lacks important things, like slippers, additional pillows and cases , also the windows are beautiful but dangerous if you have kids. Bathroom utilities: First, the towels were dirty and worn! Also there was no slippers . The smell of the bathroom is not okay because there's no "outsider" window, AND YOU CAN HEAR THE VOICES OF THE PEOPLE NEXT TO YOUR ROOM! NO SOUND PROOF?!! Trash cans are too small, Bathroom was the most annoying part. Breakfast: I think it comes for free if you book a room, it's okay , but I think they use the same food of the day before some times. The staff were very kind and helpful, with smiley faces. I won't book again because it doesn't worth the price at all , We excepted a better quality. Sorry for my bad review but it's the first time. Hope it was helpful. I wish you save and enjoyable trip!

ATTENTION
My wife and I are Turkish citizens and we booked a room in this hotel online. When we went and checked in, we realized that the mattress in this room does not have good support at all, the springs are completely broken and it is not suitable for my wife's back. And we returned to the lobby after 5 minutes. We live in Istanbul and because of my wife's back doctor, we decided to stay and rest in a hotel after the treatment. Unfortunately, we spent a lot of time and could not convince the manager of this hotel that The conditions of their room are not suitable at all and finally without returning our money, we decided to go back to our own house. Istanbul is a busy city and we had to wait until the traffic subsided to go home with my wife's back pain. As a person who has the right to comment here, I advise everyone not to book online. We had a very bad experience. Of course, we are not satisfied with the hotel manager, who expressed our complaint several times. There are two very nice people who We are very grateful for their work in the reservation and support section. Their names were Rasool and Hassan. They are kind and conscientious.
This hotel has no value for guests comfort and show no understanding or compassion to refund us.
We booked it online via Agoda, and it was a non refundable rate, but until we arrived and checked in we did not see the stage of mattress. Be careful in your booking, we lost 2500TL with no return and no rest, it is a theif.
The manager Serhat, whom managed our complain via phone through his receptionist Hussein, is a disgrace in hospitality and care about guests and their rightfulness satisfaction.

The worst possible hotel I have ever stayed at. All about taking your money and absolutely no customer service and hospitality is zero. Please do not use this hotel if you want to enjoy your holiday. I have been to Turkey 3 times and Istanbul twice. I have travelled alot. This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at. So many basic things went so wrong, and the hotel just don't care. The tour operator they use is no different, will take your money and no customer service.

Amazing staffing so welcoming and you feel right at home. In the center of the great area and close to everything. This year was my second time staying and we will continue going when visiting Istanbul. Thank you for your great hospitality.

A beautiful hotel and very clean. The staff is wonderful and very nice, especially Miss (Hande). She is wonderful and kind. The food is quite good. The rooms have a wonderful view. I recommend them to you. But the only thing is the parking lot, because the area in general is crowded, but it is not a problem with the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Our stay at Turkuaz Suites was great. We were close to most of the tourist attractiıons while also enjoying the comfort of a home. We will definitely be back!

Too much noise from the street. People was screaming from the street which woke us up several times. Bad isolated rooms. Arrogant staff. Bad service. Breakfast doesnt include water they charged me 25 TL
