Great location near seaside of İzmir. Turkish style breakfast was very good. We ate supper at restaurant a couple nights and the food was great and service excellent.

Great hotel , clean big bedroom! The bathroom could possibly win an award for being the most awkward to us as it’s tiny and the door swings in, you kinda have to be a ballerina and hop over the toilet to close the door behind you in order to get to the shower! Unfortunately the roof terrace and pool were out of action at the time of our stay, so check before you go

Nice clean rooms but need more lights especially in Bathroom. Has many restaurants all round. Staff was friendly, helped me change my room as the Air-conditioning was not working properly. Parking around is not a problem

Unorganized and slow service they disturb you when do not disturb sign is on the door to see if you ok which defeats the purpose!! Classes where cut in gym because Turkish holiday taking away something that should be included especially when paying that amount! The key card kept not working and the room phone

A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

Our time at Kaya Izmir Thermal & Convention was 10 times better just because Berna was there!!!! Thankfully she works there :) Huge hotel with thermal pools, indoor and outdoor. Balinese massage was FANTASTIC

Each and every personel I spoke to were super polite and quick to help. Without the staff, it wouldn’t be classed a luxury. Kind individuals like Kaan and Kemal as well as other staff made it a luxury

Exquisite🔥 This is the 5 star you're looking for in Izmir! Excellent food, smallish pool but with an excellent vibe and the spa services (mostly free) are insanely qualitative. Service is 10/10, though it is pricey

Rooms all have an amazing view, and you can even have your pillows scented from a selection of 5 choices😃. Well worth the money, and surrounding the hotel are excellent restaurants and facilities for a fun stay away

Spa and fitness center are top. Fitness is very well equipped and mordern. Area is nice and recreational, though not central, with a lot of restaurants around

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

It's clean, well serviced, high levels of security, but still a 30 year old hotel without character or humour.

However, the toilet was not comfortable as it was not elevated as it should be for wheelchair users. The elevator was quite spacious. The room was comfortable and provided ample space for wheelchair maneuverability

We stayed at the Ramada Plaza Izmir for one night in May. We booked an accessible room on the first floor, which met our expectations. I've attached a few photos of the accessible bathroom

The bed height was not ideal but manageable for wheelchair transfers. The hotel entrance has a metal ramp that is a bit steep, but with the help of the janitor, it was manageable

I found that everywhere we went in Türkiye, food places were very careful about addressing allergies. We walked along the walkway beside the sea

Otherwise, I was fortunate to stay on a top floor with a small side water view during the National Turkiye celebration! Couldn't see any of the celebration for my room but was able to secure a spot just outside the hotel to view the festivities

I instantly missed the Marriott and here is what the Marriott does better than the 5 star resort down the road: Quality beds! Better Sound insulation from outside noise Door which close quietly! The place my work moved me has doors which slam and I didn't know I'd care about this until I left the Marriott Very well decorated rooms

Shower was strong and temperature consistent and water was warm. The only thing missing might have been a warming towel rack but truly there isn't a good place to put it as everything is well placed out and organized

Mini fridge had multiple options for liquids and snacks. Options to tame your salt or sugar cravings are available for purchase. Pricing is a little high for the area for each but not uncommon in a five-star hotel

Typical bathroom amenities and anything forgotten can be requested. Breakfast options were plentiful and could request customized items. Coffee with some of the better tasting that I've had

When i booked online the room i was given was on the main floor, the view was horrible more like a jail. I had to pay extra for a higher seaview room that turned out to be noisy because the windows wouldn't seal well

Even though it's located out of the center, it offers amazing views, great room quality, and amazing choice of food. There are several shopping malls right next to the hotel

The hotel has free parking, which is convenient for self-driving. The room is large and although it is a bit old, it is still clean and tidy

The hotel has complete facilities and it is convenient to eat, drink and have fun around

The room was huge and in fact they upgraded us to a better room than the one we had booked! I had lunch, where the prices were very affordable (a burger, dessert, 2 water bottles and a coke was around 16€) The staff is very friendly, the breakfast had lots of variety and options and it was overall a very good experience! We knew that the location was far from the city, so we didn’t mind that

We booked it for a 2-day stay for a friend's wedding.

I recommend it to everyone who wants to be both clean and comfortable. It is only 20 minutes away from Izmir Kordon. He had no problems with the car either

We’ve just completed 4 great days in Izmir. We were lucky enough to stay at the grand Atlas Oteli. The location, the staff, the atmosphere of this lovely traditional style of hotel made our stay even more memorable

They have parking but if you want to checkout you need to inform them in advance as it takes 20min to bring the car from parking

Lovely area right on the front. Wouldnt say 4 star carpets were stained and had cigarette burns, fridge didnt work they replaced, kettle shelf was broken

There were soap residues on the toilet seat and they had forgotten the sponge used for cleaning in the sink

A/C was insufficient, the room was very cold, you couldn't reach under the sink tap, the sheets were un-ironed and wrinkled, the reception was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

They are frint office managers who took utmost care for every need of ours. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of the waterfront and a good vibe about it. Housekeeping could be improved

We didn't get the service on day three, though we had taken care to place the tag outside the door. On day two, the housekeeping happened after we had returned fatigued from a day tour and badly needed to rest

The Hotel is just a few weeks taken over from Double Tree. The management tries to make the guest happy and they take care about the guests
