We appreciated the staff’s service from the receptionists, to the waiters in breakfast hall, to the security team and baggage porters. We will definitely choose this hotel if we ever go back to Izmir

Recently stayed at Swissotel, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the hotel itself offered a sense of luxury and comfort

Prices have definitely gone up compared to a few years back, but the quality of the experience made it worthwhile. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome

It's not a hotel, it's an institution. It's full of history, timeless interior, art and good food. You can approach anyone and ask anything and they will help you right away

The hotel has a very beautiful swimming pool and artworks are adorning the hotel. It has a very good valet parking service but you have to pay for it

They helped us store the luggage in the hotel until our flight time. The location of the hotel is very nice, in the center of the city but at the same time it is quite neighborhood. You can walk to different places

Overall, Kordon Otel Çankaya is a great choice for those looking for a comfortable and modern stay in Izmir. The friendly staff, particularly helpful with parking, add to the positive experience

Nice clean rooms but need more lights especially in Bathroom. Has many restaurants all round. Staff was friendly, helped me change my room as the Air-conditioning was not working properly. Parking around is not a problem

Great hotel , clean big bedroom! The bathroom could possibly win an award for being the most awkward to us as it’s tiny and the door swings in, you kinda have to be a ballerina and hop over the toilet to close the door behind you in order to get to the shower! Unfortunately the roof terrace and pool were out of action at the time of our stay, so check before you go

The hotel's location is great, and the staff are friendly. I just want to mention two drawbacks. First, the breakfast options were very limited. Second, the pool closes at 6 PM

If you plan to explore the city and then use the pool afterward, you won't have enough time. If these aren't major issues for you, I definitely recommend this hotel

We would also like to organize outdoor locations that would be comfortable for people who do not smoke

Our time at Kaya Izmir Thermal & Convention was 10 times better just because Berna was there!!!! Thankfully she works there :) Huge hotel with thermal pools, indoor and outdoor. Balinese massage was FANTASTIC

Food variety and quality in the restaurant is just « Whaou ! ». The staff was very attentive and took great care of us. Special thanks to staff during breakfast who prepared for me a personalized omelette

My room also had a bad odor due to the outdated carpet. But again, the staff were absolutely amazing. The staff’s attentiveness and hospitality made up for the lack the hotel obtained

Hello, I stayed in this hôtel for one night with a Group of Fram travel agency (20th of august 2024) I & all Group members highly recommend this hôtel : a real 5* hotel with High quality facilites (pool, spa, fitness, rooms,…)

Each and every personel I spoke to were super polite and quick to help. Without the staff, it wouldn’t be classed a luxury. Kind individuals like Kaan and Kemal as well as other staff made it a luxury

Rooms: cozy, simple, no extra furniture in the interior, Wi Fi with good signal, sea views, pleasing every day) Food: tasty, varied menu, nice that vegetarians are also quite a large selection of dishes without meat) Thank you very much)

One of the best hotels in Izmir. Location: city centre, not far from the square, Saat Kulesi, and the waterfront Kordon, where there are many shopping centers, cafes, restaurants and recreation on the street

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

good professional team of staff, great breakfast menu. Good food but definitely staying in Hilton you must go out in the sea shore and explore the local food in many of restaurants nearby

We had a family suite with a mini sauna in the bathroom. On the same floor there is a lounge with a coffee machine and tea. View of the railway, but sat with a buzz  The location is not bad

the staff is unfortunatelly not very interested in guests and not very friendly. The breakfast is quiet good, you have to be carefull of breads (they could be sometimes not fresh)

At the heart of İzmir it's easy to access everywhere. Rooms are perfect to clean and the breakfast is the rich. It's good for staying 3-4 days. The only missing thing is the pool but it's rare to see at city hotels.

this hotel is not worth the money - service at the reception is rude - when checking in, I asked for a long time away from smoking rooms, tomorrow is very poor, all the furniture needs repair - I highly do not recommend

The accessible room is on the first floor but it was stinking with sigaret smoke. They changed to non accessible room. The restaurant food was exceptionally good

A unique hotel, although a little old. The location is great, close to the sea. Some rooms have direct sea views and some have city views. Good reception and parking service. The room has a bathtub overlooking the room

The windows contain two layers of glass, which is a bit strange. A good experience in a beautiful place. There are some downsides like the TV is very old, the carpet is old but clean

I found that everywhere we went in Türkiye, food places were very careful about addressing allergies. We walked along the walkway beside the sea

Otherwise, I was fortunate to stay on a top floor with a small side water view during the National Turkiye celebration! Couldn't see any of the celebration for my room but was able to secure a spot just outside the hotel to view the festivities

I instantly missed the Marriott and here is what the Marriott does better than the 5 star resort down the road: Quality beds! Better Sound insulation from outside noise Door which close quietly! The place my work moved me has doors which slam and I didn't know I'd care about this until I left the Marriott Very well decorated rooms

Shower was strong and temperature consistent and water was warm. The only thing missing might have been a warming towel rack but truly there isn't a good place to put it as everything is well placed out and organized

Mini fridge had multiple options for liquids and snacks. Options to tame your salt or sugar cravings are available for purchase. Pricing is a little high for the area for each but not uncommon in a five-star hotel

Typical bathroom amenities and anything forgotten can be requested. Breakfast options were plentiful and could request customized items. Coffee with some of the better tasting that I've had

Karşıyaka's newly opened concept minimalist and modern, clean, a very satisfactory hotel, and the width of the parking lot is nice

Go with the car except as transportation around the hotel Siesta izban to stop 500-600 meters, but in the back of the hotel would be wise to avoid the ghetto segment a little night, do some shopping if you want to personally, I found another place nearby is a little grocery store there

Very nice and clean hotel, as well as a professional staff. My room was cleaned really nice every day, and the staff was welcoming and happy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone as I am very pleased.

Special thanks for the piano in the lobby on the 1st floor!! There are few hotels, probably none at all, where there is a piano. And here it is! It was possible to play, no one seemed to mind

Haven’t been to their breakfast as I have chosen to go for a Turkish traditional breakfast at the nearby place (I wrote about it). Otherwise its a very good hotel - I stayed here a couple of times

A Hotel which its award of a 5*... friendly and competent staff, cleanliness and quality are consistent, and very quiet, and actually in the midst of the City, right the best of everything... price performance.

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Lobby is practically non-existent so if you need or like lobby meetings or similar activities it’s not for you. plain, polite but not that attentive

Our stay at Renaissance, Izmir was so enjoyable. They have the best staff who are extremely helpful. The location was perfect and the room was great. Special mention about Ms Pelin at the navigator desk

I mean there is nothing to complain about but if you are regular at 5-star hotels then you’d feel the difference

Great experience! The hamam type bathroom was a wonderful surprise in our room! We will be back for sure! Great spa and massage as well! We stayed here because we had an excellent experience last year by chance in the Spa, and we were not dissapointed! Great rooms, really clean, truly great service! Greatly recommend! One of our favorite hotels in all aspects, especially accessibility. We stayed for three days, as we did last year. Our room was wheelchair accessible on the 8th floor with a view of the city, hills, and the sea

The spa is the most enjoyable part of our stay and is fully accessible, except for the outdoor swimming pool. They provide a portable seat to assist in transferring a disabled person into and out of the pool

Unfortunately, the thermal spa was under maintenance and was closed during our visit. I had an hour-long holistic massage with an Indonesian lady named Budi, which made my stay much more pleasant

Feels a bit dated in every aspect and would really need a refresh. Breakfast was ok, but again, nothing too good. Bathrooms are well heard through, so be careful. I heard exactly what was done in neighbouring one

Every floor has different color vibrant. The minus just the breakfast main menu need to improve, others menu is great 👍 Last but not least, the shower gel and shampoo bottles size is so small and tiny

I stayed 3 nights at EN Hotel Izmir. Nice with new renovation hotel near the Marina waterfront Izmir. The staff very friendly and fast response, specifically Mr. I love the vibe of this hotel

On the other hand, the bathrooms have no ventilation. You can leave the bathroom door open and hope the room fan takes care of it

You can build a building and call it a hotel but it takes right people to make it feel like home. Their staff of one of the most personal and friendly group of staff that I have ever seen

This was the most modern hotel we stayed in all trip. We even grabbed a few lobby beers before walking to the mall for dinner. The dining options in walking distance are not the best, but the mall had a few restaurants

(We don't do food courts) They had parking for our car as well

It’s also a 5 minute walk from Optimum Shopping Centre, which is İzmir’s biggest mall. I really appreciated the daily clean up that they have done. The options for breakfast was also fantastic

Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Mia City Hotel. The hotel was quite advanced, modern clean and had everything that you would want to make your hotel stay quite convenient

Friend had an early flight so we decided to stay close to the airport. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and most importantly, only a few minutes from the airport

Especially in outdoor thermal hot water exit from the pool of healing because you will feel so relieved when it's freezing cold out, while both thermal effect and when you hear that you are in buharlarla is rising from the water ;) or healing your forces can find and fill it with thermal water in your room, you can both Hiking without any ruling from the city on the upper right side :)) definitely...

Thermal pools are amazing and you can get free access if you are staying in the hotel. Most signs in the hotel are only in turkish though. The few translated to English information leaflets where very hard to follow.

Not so fancy rooms but a kind staff. The breakfast at the hotel has some good variety. Various health and relaxation facilities provided for in house guests like thermal pools, hamam bath free of cost.

They have parking but if you want to checkout you need to inform them in advance as it takes 20min to bring the car from parking

Good included breakfast, free valet parking and best place to enjoy amazing sunsets of Izmir! Excellent value for the same ambience of more expensive hotel chains on the same strip (or with an inferior view on the street behind Kordon Otel Pasaport)

Lovely area right on the front. Wouldnt say 4 star carpets were stained and had cigarette burns, fridge didnt work they replaced, kettle shelf was broken

The rooms may be slightly outdated compared with the brand-name competition next door, but knowing you support a local small business is worth more than looking at some blend cookie-cutter hotel furniture IMHO

We had 2 days in kordon otel it was great Location is near everywhere It has roof that you can see sunset very well and cozy place. Breakfast wasn’t wow but good 😊 Murat bey was very kind and helpful.

Ibis Styles Izmir Bornova is located in business district of Izmir. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good and food is fresh and tasty. The hotel has a nice garden. Recommended for travellers.

I couldnt understand why most of hotels’ in Turkey even in touristic place always choose to speak Turkish when they see somebody who can speak Turkish, and let the Turkish translate it to us, English speaker
