Me and my friend were unable to access our room with the card. When we sought assistance, the staff's response was quite rude, which is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The experience unfortunately ruined my vacation mood. Room, entertainment and food were nice.

Spa review On February the temperature in thermal pool was very comfortable, hamam and other saunas were nice. The water in jacuzzi was too hot. We were on weekend so there were a lot of people. And prices also are high: we didn’t stay in the hotel, so pay for spa 975₺ per person. Also you can order a massage, it would be more expensive but you can use spa for free all day

There's much good to say about the level of service, the atmosphere, the facilities, and the accommodations. If I'm to make any suggestions, that would be that the management change the gym's opening time from 8am. I would that they consider 5am for visitors who want to get their workouts early, first thing, because the days are hectic.

This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed , value for money is immense. The cost is about 1/3 of equivalent Us hotel. Facilities are clean and stuff is extremely helpful.

Enjoyed the stay even more, than expected. Great service, staff is very welcoming and ready to help. Non-smoking sea view room on the 8th floor had gorgeous views and was neat, clean and very comfortable. Spa and fitness center are top. Fitness is very well equipped and mordern. Charming hotel in a perfect location in Western Izmir. The views are great of the marina bay and the mountain. The gentlemen offered us a free room upgrade to get the amazing marina view. The pool is perfect for your kids. The spa has gear facilities as well. Very impressed by this hotel. The beds are so comfy!!

My husband and I booked a regular room here and were upgraded to a suite with amazing view!! Cleanness and service was impeccable. Location was great! We dined at the restaurant at the top of the hotel, with great views and amazing food!

Comfy and spacious rooms with an excellent selection of choices for breakfast. Parking is available, and there is also a well equipped gym, Turkish bath, and indoor pool. On the seafront rather than a beach, but good views nonetheless. The area surrounding stays quite busy with tourists and other activities. Though not centrally located, it is still close enough for you to enjoy your time in Izmir

This hotel is one of the best Hiltons in the world. The service is always excellent and the scenery from the rooms are the best. If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view. The food is excellent in all of its restaurants.

The environment is noisy, the front desk service attitude is poor and lacks patience.

We stayed at the Ramada Plaza Izmir for one night in May. We booked an accessible room on the first floor, which met our expectations. I've attached a few photos of the accessible bathroom. It's not bad. There's a park opposite. It's convenient to take a taxi. I'm here on a business trip. The service is good. They can provide printing. They didn't let me in to clean the room, but they would hang the things I need on the door.

Room on the fourth (top) floor, but there's no elevator. No personnel to help you drag your suitcases, when you arrive at night. Bed was OK. Bathroom poorly built. Cleanliness OK. Location is good.

It was great stay and Arzu at the restaurant of the hotel was one of the best!! However the ,last day at the hotel I was charged for $350 for a 36" TV that had a broken spot on the screen. I didn't have problem with paying for fixing, but $350? Also the next day when I was leaving my hotel room at 7am, there were two people outside our rooms waiting to go check the rooms. The hotel is quite close to airport (about 5 mins) and rooms were clean. However, there are two major issues 1) the staff is not courteous. Great location, breakfast and most staff are friendly. There are visible and disturbing signs of age in the hotel amenities specially kitchens and bathrooms!

The service was nice helping us with the bags, but its a simple hotel. We stayed in the QUAD Room which was big enough for us. The room looked okay a few little broken tiles or dated wood next to the toilet aside. But I have heard from others that the normal rooms are rather small so keep that in mind.
