A spacious clean hotel suitable for a couple. Hotel is near the main attractions. The room bed is too comfortable. It makes me just want to sleep and rest during my short stay at izmir.

Excellent hotel in Izmir. Services are all rounded. The garden inside the hotel is very relaxing. People are polite n professional.

The woman who I usually see day to day is Hafize and she is wonderful and she always does such an amazing job! Thank you for making my stay here so relaxing and making my temporary home feel like a nice escape from work!

Recently stayed at Swissotel, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the hotel itself offered a sense of luxury and comfort

Prices have definitely gone up compared to a few years back, but the quality of the experience made it worthwhile. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome

My experiences with hotels are not always good. Here we were well welcomed by Efe from the reception. Nice new hotel in the centre of Izmir. I share the experience, now we have to wait for breakfast tomorrow

Very friendly staff and very helpful when asked for information. They showed us beautiful places to visit and restaurants recommendations.

Really good location with free private parking. Many kinds of food in breakfast. It is easy to go everywhere.

I did not stay at this hotel, but I came in and asked their concierge for help. They were very polite and helped me translate my phone call from Turkish to English

If you are gold or diamond member, you will have access to the executive lounge which is again the best you would find in any Hilton. It does have fitness center, spa rooftop restaurant with excellent view

Rooms are sooo old. Toilet keeps running. Renovation of the entrance/complex is annoying but not their fault. Nice staff and breakfast though.

It's clean, well serviced, high levels of security, but still a 30 year old hotel without character or humour.

(Stayed during a Ciconia tour in October 2024). Except for the dog located across my room that started barking at 6:30am incessantly, and even well after calling reception, I have zero negative feedback

Otherwise, I was fortunate to stay on a top floor with a small side water view during the National Turkiye celebration! Couldn't see any of the celebration for my room but was able to secure a spot just outside the hotel to view the festivities

The beds are incredibly soft and clean. Very large TV and a sitting area. Bathrooms are luxurious with marble. Individual pumps for shampoo, conditioner, and body soaps

The room we stayed in had a problem with water leaking from the shower into the bathroom. Instead of giving us a different room, they tried to fix the shower. The location and facilities are great.

amazingly friendly staff and great location. the only potential downside is the lit up walls outside the building if you are sensitive to that at night. otherwise, a lovely stay. thank you to the great front desk staff!

One will scenic ferry ride from Passaport, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, to explore the other side of Izmir. The abundance of nearby restaurants and cafes added to the convenience and charm of the location

The location of the hotel is very good, there is free parking and valet service. The staff is very respectful and very helpful in every way. The rooms are very clean and useful. I recommend it to everyone.

Great experience! The hamam type bathroom was a wonderful surprise in our room! We will be back for sure! Great spa and massage as well! We stayed here because we had an excellent experience last year by chance in the Spa, and we were not dissapointed! Great rooms, really clean, truly great service! Greatly recommend! Very personal and approachable when assistance needed. Unfortunately the day we checked in the hotel had issues with the room keycards system so we were not given the keycards until late in the evening

Haven’t been to their breakfast as I have chosen to go for a Turkish traditional breakfast at the nearby place (I wrote about it). Otherwise its a very good hotel - I stayed here a couple of times

This felt extremely disrespectful and intrusive regarding our personal belongings. Overall, the cleanliness was fine, but the suite did not meet expectations, and the check-in experience left a very negative impression

Very nice hotel with very reasonable prices. The rooms are cleaned daily, the Breakfast is in the center, ideal for business trips.

We stayed in an Executive Suite in August. The rooms were clean but surprisingly small for one of the largest suites in the hotel – around 35 sqm

Big thanks to Manager Burcin (I hope i wrote your name correctly) -Over all staff was good with smile on their face and going extra step to help. Having taxi station by the hotel helped a lot

It's convenient to take a taxi. They didn't let me in to clean the room, but they would hang the things I need on the door

Great new hotel located in the city center. The interior is great and the staff is friendly and willing to help. A nice place to stay for a reasonable price and a great quality.

We were a group of friends and enjoyed 2 nights at the Ibos Hotel.  We are delighted with the service and the hotel, location is perfect to discover all amenities. Highly recommended. 

As a four-person trip, we had limited options and only had two extra beds in the living room.

Good location, close to the sea with its morning run and not far from the old town with its bazar. The staff is friendly and ready to help you in your requests. A young guy helped us to buy bus tickets to Denizli

Everything was great. The parking lot valet parking was smooth and friendly. The beach is close, so you can walk there. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and tidy, location is great, close to shops, restaurants and bars, the doorman Muhammed was particularly helpful.

The location is in the center close to the beach, room service and reception is very good but the hotel is actually two stars, it doesn’t deserve 4 star

Although the entire hotel facilities are old, the room is still quite large, the light is good, and there is also a desk where you can use the computer! The sea view room is cost-effective

They have parking but if you want to checkout you need to inform them in advance as it takes 20min to bring the car from parking

The bathroom is old rusty and the showers has mold even with hard working cleaning ladies the place will still need remodeling

A lot of thought has gone into to every aspect of this hotel: we even had a little card by the bed offering alternative quilts and pillows, available from reception

The toilet even had a mosaic on the floor! The location is central in a quiet street, about 5/10 minutes from the waterfront, which is just perfect for an evening stroll

We were on a coach tour this was our last hotel of the trip. The rooms are lovely spacious comfortable and clean. The evening meal was enjoyable set menu. Breakfast was OK. Nice location.

This was the fifth hotel of our stay in Türkiye and by far the best. Our room was spacious, very comfortable (great bed and large sofa) and exceptionally clean

We had a good sized balcony, with table and chairs - it felt as if the balcony had been cleaned just before we walked into the room

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Atlas, and I must say it truly surpassed my expectations. Although it’s rated as a four-star hotel, the experience felt nothing short of five stars

I have to say that I have been at this hotel for 6 days now. I was apprehensive about coming to turkey on my own. But I very member of staff from the cleaners to front of house

The room was clean, quiet, and ideal for rest, but what truly stood out was the incredible care I received from the housekeeper, Gönül. Gönül was genuinely kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout my entire stay

This hotel is amazing, all the staff are amazing and friendly nothing is too much. The hotel it's self is full of history through to the highly decorated lobby to the art work throughout the floors

Very comfortable accommodation for price but not located in the best area. We got in late at night and took the metro from the airport. The hotel is about a 10 min walk away and I would not recommend the walk past 12 pm

That said the staff was very nice and as mentioned above the accommodation was great given the low rates

Good hotel in a good location, near amusement Park, he's exhibition center, where international exhibitions-fairs. Within walking distance of many facilities including a restaurants, shops.

I haven't stayed at the hotel however we did had an event on the rooftop restaurant. Right in the middle of the city you can enjoy the view 360 degrees. The foods were pretty good too

My watch was stolen from the desk in the room and nothing could be done since it had been 3-4 people entered the room when I was away

The neighborhood is not very convenient and currently they do have a huge construction nearby which makes it really hard to access

It's a nice place to enjoy the afternoon. However the down side is that the hotel is kinda old and has a weird taste of fashion

Have stayed here a few times, and left very satisfied. All the people working are very friendly, rooms were comfortable and breakfast was really good

I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Izmir ^^

Very warm hotel during this cold period. Breakfast room offers nice views to the sea. Rooms very big and beds are huge(would sleep a family of 4😁) People seems to be very kind in Turkey

It's really good hotel, more than 3 stars. Big rooms with everything, iron, weight, big tv, big bed. Everything closed to hotel, view to the sea. A little bit noisy from the road but it's ok with closed window

Location was quiet good, Shops Near Hotel Close by 9PM normally. I stayed in Deluxe bedroom, there were no Shampoo, Soap or anything. Even when i called reception, they still forgot to provide Hair Conditioner

Great hotel with a nice experience. am, they checked me in and didn’t ask me to wait till 2. pm which is normal check in time, gave me free breakfast that same morning. The hospitality was a unique one

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, but most importantly it was very central, very close to the water and very reasonably priced. The staff were attentive and friendly and extremely helpful

The hotel is right in the center of Izmir, in a lively and well-frequented area, just a two-minute walk from the seaside promenade and close to many waterfront restaurants

Whilst they didn’t clean our room in the three days we were there, this wasn’t really an issue for us but may be for some, and if we had mentioned it to the staff, they would have done so in a flash

We stayed at palm inn hotel between 3-6 august. The location of the hotel is very central. 10 minutes walking distance to Basmane train station and metro station. the rooms are very comfortable and clean

It was a very nice stay for us. We visited all the hotels in the vicinity and looked at their rooms, but we preferred this place, with my wife and 1 year old daughter. They are also helpful in terms of price

In the classic hotel breakfast, lime cheese is normally served, but in the palm inn hotel, Izmir Tulum was served, which we liked very much. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful

The biggest problem is parking your car, even though they have their own place, I did not want to wait, so I parked far, in the side streets. I still give 5 stars, I would stay again

Towels were new, wc shower was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room is cleaned every day and they change everything, sheets, pillows and towels

When our towels were changed on the second day, some older towels were talked about, but we didn't care much because everything was clean
