Bad service
Top floor, leaking kitchen, broken bathroom, wrong room but didn’t change the room. Bad customer service. Unhelpful and not good service at all.

I have stayed in over 200 hotels in my lifetime and I have stayed in my fair share of budget hotels but this has to be the worst budget hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. Okay… so the good stuff: close to Konak town. 2) friendly staff. The bad: 1) flooding shower tray and broken shower handle and head. 2) tap/faucet hanging on by a three and broken 3) generally unclean all around 4) fridge is at least 30 years old and has mould and black dirt inside and smells musty. Doesn’t appear to have been cleaned in the recent years. 4) double bed and pillows very hard and uncomfortable.

Dirty hotel, extremely loud neighbors, people smoking inside, asking for extra money for quests visiting (who we’re not staying)

Since we couldn't find it expensive, we came here on recommendation, the locals around us said there were even 2k, the rooms were clean, but we agreed on 2+1, they placed us in 1+1, they said the price would increase from 2+1, they said we couldn't give them the same price, we were stuck in 1+1 for 5 people, the location is good, close to the sea, but the accommodation was not very pleasant, the balconies are nice and wide, but the sun hit it at 5 in the morning, it was very hot, there were no umbrellas on any of the balconies, we didn't drink tea and sit in the sun, so we could only go out to the balcony in the evening. There is a small plastic coffee table in the room. It was also small. It was difficult to eat breakfast. There are tables downstairs to eat, but we wanted it in the room, but the coffee table was tiny and it was not enough. The internet doesn't work in the room, it works on the fire escape and downstairs. There are 2 modems, they put them both downstairs, it's ridiculous. If you stay upstairs, the internet doesn't work. It's ridiculous to put 2 modems on the same floor. They should have put one of them upstairs. It is not affordable in terms of price. There are hotels for that price. We could not go to the hotel because there was no room left per night. If we had stayed in a standard room, we would have gone to a 4-star hotel. It was the same price as here, everything is included, I swear. We had to come here. Also, they love cats, but they do not like dogs, they put dogs in and do not give them any food. During my stay, I bought food from the market and fed them. A real animal lover does not discriminate between cats and dogs. He loves and feeds both creatures, period.
