The hotel and the location is nice. The only bad experience was the restaurant guy upstairs who cheats by saying the prices on the menu are one year old and then charge you 7 times more. We paid for a drink 280 lira which was mentioned 38 lira on the menu. The guy will tell you that if you don’t wish to way, he can pay from his pocket. Lovely hotel pity the staff are not as helpful. Safe in room wasn't working and not attached to the wall when I went to report it no-one was interested.

The hotel located perfectly in old town. The view is breathtaking. We had a room with balcony and sea view. I highly recommend you to choose this room as others rooms are quite small. We enjoyed every minute of our staying. Staff were super friendly. I will miss this place .

Hotel is fine; good location, room is big and has a big balcony, there is a pool! staff is nice enough but give the impression they have just started a new job. Very willing but you have to ask everything twice. A bit more attention to functionality and details is needed: toilet, shower door, airconditioning, towel rack where all malfunctioning. It is a good 3 star hotel, not a 4 star yet.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. The location was ideal since it was near the beach strip and a shopping mall. The breakfast was okay but it was enough for one person. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Will visit again if I go to Marmaris again!

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Brand new, clean, comfortable and a few minutes from the beach/strip - an absolute bargain. Food is delicious, the owner and his wife are lovely. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a 3 star hotel, so don’t expect things from a 5 star hotel here. We went for the bed and breakfast option here, and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. This is on the edge of town, which is great if you want to be away from the disruption, but it is close enough to enjoy all the town has to offer. Just returned from a 10 night break. Hotel is so relaxing, the room was lovely. The area is so pretty. The staff are all so polite and friendly. My only negative comment is the bread at breakfast, it is very hard when toasted. Otherwise it is a beautiful place to stay.

Quiet hotel. Suitable for a relaxing stay, many countries use the hotel. Rooms are good size, we had a great view of the beach, water & mountains. Staff were helpful. Rooms cleaned every day by a wonderful lady. Dolomis stops 20 mitres away to get to Marmaris or icmelor. Food lovely. Would stay here again.

Used this little place for the beach. Free sunbeds and WiFi like a few on the beach. But this location was quiet and we both enjoyed the floating island in the sea and the service. Made me chuckle I was known as Mr Manchester. Good location if you get away from the crowd without hassle.

The location of the hotel is very good, fairly close to the beach in Marmaris, and you can reach the old city in 15-20 minutes walk. I would have appreciated having a small refrigerator in the room. Visited this nice little bar a couple of times. Listened to some good music and had a bit of a dance. Definitely worth a visit. Haven't stayed so can't comment on the hotel side.

Hotel is new and in a very good condition. Rooms are modernly decorated. The swimmingpool is amazing, it is clean and it is filled with sea water.
