We stayed at Terrace Elite Hotel in Turkey from July 24th to August 2nd. There was plenty of food, but the quality was just average. Our room was adapted for disabled guests, which was both a plus and a minus – it was very close to the pool, which was convenient, but the bathroom was quite disappointing. The staff, however, made a big difference. Everyone was very friendly, especially our friends Can Kesen and Ceyhan, who truly did their best to make our stay more enjoyable.

A very nice hotel with fair value for money. The food is excellent and the complex is also very clean. The staff is super friendly and entertaining. The entertainer Mike deserves special mention. He did a great job keeping everyone entertained and encouraging them to participate. He's a really nice and friendly guy!

The Animation Team are the best I have ever met. Carmella, she is warm, witty, friendly, hardworking and really funny. As a team they keep you entertained and up to date with the activities. The hotel is clean, well positioned for visits to Side and Antalya. A free shuttle bus to the beach. Fantastic pool for the swimmers out there. The staff are wonderful, polite and helpful. All in all 3 days to go but all is well so far

Had a fantastic holiday at terrace elite hotel .. the hotel managed any problem we had and the staff are all so friendly! A special mention goes to the animation team .. pika, Mike, Mary , carmela, daly, dido and Murat they always have a smile on their face and even got me to join in with some activities which I don’t normally do! .. a really fun holiday made fabulous by the hard working people.

Our second and not last visit to the hotel. The whole hotel and staff is in a word perfect. They appreciate all clients and my request for a room before arrival was fulfilled. This was our second time here and as repeat guests we also received nice gifts, for which we thank you. Wonderful themed dinners, so much delicious food that one doesn't get a chance to taste everything. Very nice and always smiling staff, professionals at the front desk. Great hotel minibus that takes you every five minutes to the beach where there is an amazing beach restaurant and bar. Rooms cleaned every day including daily refills of minibar Colla, Fanta, Sprite, water and amazing kids drinks. My daughter was thrilled. We left with a heavy heart and will look forward to next year. Thank you Terrace Elite

Lovely hotel, very quiet after 11pm, very clean in all areas staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby bar was huge and very comfortable and waiting staff very good also an outside area with comfortable seating. There was food served most of the day the ice creams at the stand were lovely with plenty of flavours. I can’t comment on the evening entertainment as we didn’t go to watch this, no shortage of sunbeds at most times we didn’t go until about 9 o clock and plenty available. The dolmus was just on the corner beside the hotel or you could walk 10 minutes to an are with large bazaars and streets of shops just up the road and turn down at the titanic restaurant. We had a lovely stay I would return

The hotel was recommended to us by our friends, they are not the first time here. The recommendation was excellent. The hotel is TOP and we plan to come here again in October. The food, cleanliness, drinks, beach and of course the staff are top notch! Thank you to guest services and animation! Everything was great! Highly recommend to everyone!

Greater hotel,I couldn't have aked for any more from this hotel, the staff were very friendly and did expect tips all the time. The entertainment staff was good during the day and night. Our rooms was cleaned daily to a high standard. For the hotel it was to a very good standard nice and clean all around and the pools and slides where great. There was plenty of sun loungers to go around and people won't out at stupid times putting towels on. The food was great and the pizzas at dinner from the snake bar was out of this world. For the beach and beach bar it was very clean and never that busy you could always get a sun lounger but we got whe wooden hut for 3 days and it was worth every bit of the 60 euro I would definitely recommend them. The staff at the beach bar where very friendly and the food was great to. I would recommend this hotel of my experience and I will be coming back next year. I would also recommend the little shop just outside the hotel the 2 men were so friendly and the prices of there stuff was cheap for all your snacks

everything is good here except that you can better have staff who can also speak Dutch "Only at the hairdresser". service at the hairdresser was very bad and pushy. they only want cash instead of pin. also treatments are forced on us that we do not want and we have indicated that more often. for the rest everything is good. service was good, food is good, friendliness is top, Selma who works in the lounge bar can speak reasonable Dutch and is very customer friendly. she makes the effort to learn and speak Dutch.
