On top of everything, there is a general manager (or she claims to be so), she shows up at night shows every night. I never seen a larger ego from a manager. Maybe that is how TUI customers like it.
All said, the sea is great, folks working in the hotel are good, and every place is clean. Well, you get three stars for these and maybe more if you deal with GM's ego.
EDIT: The hotel response showed that they have a larger ego than I could every imagine. Good luck.
