Family friendly, super clean, great food and of course not to forget are the activities that you can do. Staff is great… Lovely surrounding with great trees and flowers…Thank you for all the great memories 🌸🌸

It was a pretty cool Holiday, its a great Hotel to do vacation, especially the activities for the kids and adults are on point, we had a great fun there.

This hotel is mediocre at best. If you speak German, you might get a slightly better experience but if you do speak English you are lost. No one speaks English as well as the system is designed for TUI customers. Anyone else, you have to suffer.
On top of everything, there is a general manager (or she claims to be so), she shows up at night shows every night. I never seen a larger ego from a manager. Maybe that is how TUI customers like it.
All said, the sea is great, folks working in the hotel are good, and every place is clean. Well, you get three stars for these and maybe more if you deal with GM's ego.

Always a great time there, a lot of entertainment, such as the wonderful music and shows. Also there are a few pools and the view onto the sea is beautiful. There is also a lot of things to do, for example the soccer camp or the catamaran lessons.

Wspaniały rodzinny hotel, pewnie tam wrócimy. Super jedzenie czysta plaża sprzątana i grabiona codziennie do tego lunch w barze na plaży. Dzieci super bezpieczne i zadowolone.

Booked a package with flight and hotel. The flight did not operate on the day we should fly to Turkey but only one day later, which shortens our trip from 10 to 9 days. When discussing it with Robinson (travel agent in my case), they first don't answer for over 1 month and then they see themselves as not responsible. Robinson (TUI) offers a terrible service, ignoring customers seems a business model of theirs.

Another Robinson Club that is perfectly organized.
Staff: very friendly, supportive and multi-language
Food & Beverages: throughout the day there is plenty of buffets with a wide variety of food, floating drinks and free local alcohols
Rooms: neat and tidy - most of the time we have spend outdoors at one of the pools or at the beach
The negatives - not to be underestimated as it’s annoying:
1) To get a sun-protected sun-bed you have to put your towel by latest 6:30 am. At least this the common practice of guests (majority Germans) to „reserve“ their sun-bed for the entire day - even those sun-beds are rarely visited and stay unattended. The hotel staff is not doing anything against it, unlike other Robinson Club resorts that we have visited before.
2) To enjoy an „alfresco dining experience“ guests have to book a „wine dinner deal“ (ordering at least one bottle of wine from the card at own charge), as all outdoor tables are being exclusively reserved for such bookings.
Without the booking of a „wine dinner deal“ the guests will have the only choice of indoor tables - and „enjoying“ the heated indoor hall.

Wasn't Turtle friendly from some management staff when I visited. However!
after meeting the real Hotel manager a wonderful Lady, I'm sure there maybe improvements in this area in the near future.
Only 1 star until I see improvements in this important area. Then I will repost update.
Guests & staff should be made aware of this during the Turtle season so that they can be educated & enjoy the spectacular occasion of nesting & hatching that will occur on the hotel beach when the babies hatch.
There is a local Turtle centre nearby that can help in this education or information....ask at the desk for information.
