Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate during my holiday. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable experience. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the view from the window was delightful.

The staff's service was exceptional, as they were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly.

We stayed here twice and both the time the service was excellent. Mr Waleed at front desk helped us check in with the best efficiency and he was very polite. We love it when the first representative we interact with upon arrival are as helpful as him. The whole stay was amazing, beautiful and clean rooms. We have a room with sunrise view and it was just amazing. The Italian restaurant in the hotel has some awesome food and very helpful staff as well.

On the Restaurant, Ruth Mary went a mile forward in providing excellent service and help us and our son with Breakfast.
We will come back again and we do recommend this hotel to every traveler on a short stop (and even holiday) in Abu Dhabi.

Staff all friendly and professional. We had quite a long stay and the service remained excellent for the whole duration. Narendra kept our room spotless and the bottled water topped-up. The hotel is also close to all the major road. I can definitely recommend this hotel.
