Staff all friendly and professional. We had quite a long stay and the service remained excellent for the whole duration. Narendra kept our room spotless and the bottled water topped-up. The hotel is also close to all the major road. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved the experience staying in Novotel Abu Dhabi. From the reception to the restaurant services was amazing. Highly recommended. Wahid on front desk was a great person to interact with and he was very kind to accommodate a lot of things so a big shout out to the staff.

It was a wonderful experience. The housekeeping staff were exceptional, ensuring my room was spotless and well-stocked throughout my stay. The breakfast staff also stood out with their friendly and attentive service, making mornings a pleasant start to each day. Overall, the combination of great service and comfortable accommodations made my stay truly enjoyable.

We were staying for approx. 6 weeks. It was a pleasant stay. Friendly and helpful staff from the valet team when I had to find a taxi for me and my baby. Housekeeping staff work were also really good. Always a good feeling to find your room clean and tidy as you expect it to be. I would commend Ms. Forgive for her attention and assertion to what we need in the room. It was really helpful as we stayed for long period with a baby. For example, she came with water bottles in some mornings with her own initiative because she knew I would need it but I was always busy taking care of the baby. And as requested she always came in the afternoon after my baby had his nap to clean up our room.

I was experienced efficient and friendly From booking to completion, the housekeeping service was a breeze to work with. The team arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and maintained a cheerful demeanor throughout. My home has never looked better, and I'll definitely be using their services again! We spent 4 days in the hotel, our stay in the hotel was a very nice experience.
The staff is very approachable and professional, the room has all the necessary amenities, TV could be bigger but who needs TV when there’s such a exquisite and amazing breakfast buffet. Do not hesitate in going for breakfast, this was one of the best buffets I have ever had.

We want to specially thank Suraj Singh for the hospitality and the welcoming to us, he was very attentive and kind.
