Gravity Hotel Abu Dhabi

We planned to conduct our baby birthday at Gravity hotel, and they accepted the offer. And in last minute after sending invitations from our end to the guests gravity hotel says that they have cancelled the party due to some renovation works and that too telling to us when we called and asked for the progress. Two major miss from gravity hotels are:

1) Improper communication from staffs to the customers for any event change or cancellation as it has affected us in many ways due to this gap.

2) Improper planning of maintanance prior to accepting an offer from any customers.

I recently stayed at the hotel for three nights, and overall, my experience was a mixture of positives and areas needing improvement.

**Accommodation:**
The room was well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay throughout my visit. The cleanliness and upkeep were commendable, contributing positively to my overall impression of the hotel.

**Breakfast:**
However, one aspect that requires attention is the breakfast quality. The idly served seemed to lack freshness and was overly solid, indicating a need for better attention to food quality and preparation. Improving the breakfast offerings could significantly enhance the guest experience.

**Customer Service:**
Furthermore, I observed a need for improvement in customer service, particularly at the reception. The receptionist appeared to lack proper training in handling customers effectively, as evident from the frustration I noticed during the check-in process. Enhancing the training for reception staff could greatly enhance the overall guest satisfaction and perception of the hotel.
