Kingsgate Hotel by Millennium

The hotel is overrated and should be a 2 star. The staff is rude and non cooperative. We asked for extra sugar , the staff was lazy and just said its chargeable.
Only good thing is location.

The café service is the worst and the food is not upto the standard. We ordered paneer makhani and naan - both were frozen food and hard to bite. The air con is broken and water is dripping on the table in your coffee.

Overall, my stay was less than satisfactory. The condition of the hotel, particularly the bedroom and bathroom, left much to be desired. The water in the shower was yellow upon opening, which was quite concerning. While I raised this issue with staff, I was simply told to wait for it to clear.

the breakfast options to be extremely limited, with only Indian food available. This lack of variety was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

However, I would like to commend your staff for their helpful and kind demeanor.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed, they don't provide parking, and this point didn't mention on the website we book，resection people and security person not helpful at all, no one take your luggage to the room, the room key didn't work first time and I have to go back reception for active the room key. after I picked up my family and arrived hotel at 2am, unable to find any parking. they don't support you, only saying wait for 3am and there will be parking available when the Ramdan hotel club close at 3am. please image such situation, you book the hotel and but you have to sitting inside the car in the middle night with sleepy eyes, headache and tiredness just to wait for someone empty the parking near to this hotel driving cycle again and again. and the people from hotel do nothing. they got already the booking money, they don't give damn shift for your request and helpless. I wish I can give Negative Star.
