The supervisor, Alex, was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we felt at home throughout the event. Mohamed was also outstanding—courteous, attentive, and very hospitable, adding to the overall warmth of the evening.
The food was absolutely perfect, with every dish served fresh and full of flavor. The ambience was just right—elegant yet comfortable, making it a beautiful setting for such a special occasion.

Then the room is not clean there are stains on the bedsheets, carpets ,
The mini bar where there is a cooler not working it was hot.
The only good thing is the price is affordable .
Pros:
The location is excellent very conveniently located in the city center. The hotel staffs are also very kind and accommodating. I’m especially grateful to the receptionist who upgraded us to a suite, which was a thoughtful gesture.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the room we were given didn’t feel quite right. From the moment we stepped in, I felt uneasy and even got goosebumps. The air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly, making the room feel uncomfortably warm. There was also a noticeable old smell that lingered, and the overall ambiance of the room was a bit unsettling. The lighting especially in the bathroom feels dim and somewhat sad, which didn’t help the atmosphere.
While I appreciate the hospitality, I believe the hotel would greatly benefit from some renovation and improvements to make guests feel more comfortable and at ease.
