Grand Mercure Abu Dhabi

I recently stayed at the Majlis Grand Mercure Residence in Abu Dhabi, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The first thing that struck me was the stunning view from my room. It was both picturesque and serene, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay.
The hotel itself is incredibly quiet, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The cleanliness was impeccable, and it was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property.
Customer service was top-notch. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. Their attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable.
One of the highlights of the room was the fully equipped kitchen, which included all the necessary utensils and appliances. Having a laundry machine in the room was also a huge plus, especially for longer stays.
Overall, Majlis Grand Mercure Residence offers a fantastic blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, whether for business or leisure.

This hotel is spectacular. The rooms are so spacious and clean. The location is perfect and right in city center. The cherry on top is the amazing and hospitable staff especially Nasir at reception who was extremely accommodating and kind and made our stay very comfortable. Will definitely revisit!!

Everything was splendid. The rooms are neat/ clean and spacious. The service is quick and convenient. The staff is very efficient and friendly, especially Nasir on reception. He was very welcoming and had a positive attitude towards us. He gave us great benefits to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location is also wonderful. All malls are very close by. Will definitely revisit!

I had a great stay at Grand Mercure Abu Dhabi. The hotel was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. Nasir at the reception was very helpful, offering me an early check-in and even upgrading my room to a suite. His kindness and excellent service made my experience better than ever. amazing! the cleanest and nicest room we've ever been to. very clean hygienic bathroom there is even hot shower and nice bathtub and spacious rooms the bed is huge and comfortable. sheets super clean and the rooftop is stunning . they have also decent food, not far from the city tour points are close by leisure or business traveler on budget. staff is friendly and helpful special thanks to Ms Imane and team. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel is also impeccably clean, common areas. The facilities were perfect for our training sessions. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!"

Upgraded to a suite, which turned out yo be a really great room. Breakfast really good, Brunch on Saturday even better. I'll be booking to stay again next time I'm in Abu Dhabi

This hotel has a fantastic buffet with loads of delicious dishes. The food is fresh, varied, and well-presented, the staff is attentive, friendly. Such a wonderful hospitality especially by Chef Rakesh, making sure a perfect dining experience for us.

My room is spacious and clean. All items are available for cooking, washing, and storing food and cold beverages.
Daily housekeeping services provided. Kudos to Sir Vincent from Housekeeping for doing a great job.
Restaurant foods are delicious. In Room Dining Service serves freshly cooked meals.
The location is near every vital facilities.
Leaving this hotel soon but gonna come back again that's for sure.
