Nehal Hotel

The worst hotel where I ever been. the staff is rude. the rooms are disgustingly dirty. everything is smoke-filled. and an amazing policy of no refund, I just arrived at the hotel, looked at the terrible room, asked to change it, they gave me absolutely the same dirty room, smelly. everything is smoke-filled. all I wanted was to immediately leave for a normal place. I think it is not worth 100 dirhams. it is a shame in the center of Abu Dhabi to have such a hotel.

Disappointing Stay,Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was extremely disappointed with the service. Upon booking directly at the hotel reception, I was not informed of the strict rule allowing only one visitor to my room. I had two visitors who came to see me, and despite my request to allow them in for just 30 minutes, the receptionist refused. The assistant supervisor, a kabayan, pretended not to listen and showed no willingness to help, demonstrating very poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude.

The next day, I asked the reception to arrange housekeeping before I left my room. After being out for 8 hours, I returned to find the room untouched. No cleaning or service had been done.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location, but the service and staff’s attitude made this the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

I don't understand how they accept the quest who wants to relax but not getting relax becouse the AC is not working,they should advice the costumer the situation so they costumer can find solutions.my AC at home is much better than this hotel and I pay to feel hot which I don't know why.i feel so much tired and not relaxing plus getting moist specialy the floor it might slippery becouse of that.i try to call them many times but no action at all.

We made a reservation through booking a few months before the trip for 2 nights, following that at some point the money would be withdrawn from our account.
In the meantime, I received a message on behalf of the hotel with a link to access to make the payment (the amount being different from the one they charged €400/night). then I blocked the card. A few hours before check in, they canceled the reservation without contacting us.
When I arrived at the hotel, I told the staff at the reception what happened, they said everything was fine, they collected the respective amount and we checked in.
At 2 a.m. we were called to present ourselves at the reception because we still have 400€ to pay, if we are not, we are free to leave (with a 5-year-old child).
After another 2 hours spent there, it seemed that they what happened and stopped asking for money.
The 2nd evening when we returned to the hotel, we found that access to our room had been blocked and we had to pay if we wanted to recover our personal belongings!
I have never experienced anything like this before! and the person who tried to withdraw money from our card definitely works in the hotel, because we were not the only ones in this situation.
About the hotel, I have nothing to say - simply: horrible!

We paid for the room online at the end of February. I planned to accommodate two teenagers. Since they had nowhere to stay, but they had to provide a parent's passport. And this information about the hotel policy is not on booking. To which the manager said cancel the booking we will refund the money. Three days came, went to the lobby - answers it is impossible. Although we didn't sign the check in paperwork and the hotel should refund the money. As the manager initially said, moreover avoided explaining . Is the reputation of the hotel worth 350 aed. Need to say they were the last ones as they lost money on top of that

Very bad experience during my quarantine time. Very irresponsible behaviour. Lack of coordination. Staying here more than 12 days. Rooms and other facilities are good. Problems in service and maintenance.
