The hotel is located at very convenient location next to shops and restaurants. The food is amazing and affordable but the non smoking rooms are terrible . There is no hot water in the shower and even after requesting multiple times the issue was not resolved . The issues is already known to the management which i found later in another review . So I would not recommend this hotel .

It was an amazing experience. booked on the last minute. checkin was quick and smooth. bathroom was super clean with amenities such as tooth brush and all . Overall it was a good experience. was worried at first as if things could go wrong but next time also i will choose nehal if I'm nearby.

Had a great Breakfast buffet experience here. Great spread and delicious food. Our group enjoyed every bit of it. And cherry on top they had a very good service -Mr Rohit and Mr Dinesh - warm welcoming smiles ,really friendly and helpful through out, all requests were accepted with a smile. Will surely suggest this place

I like the hotel before last 2021. The rooms are recommended still good. The service back 2021 was great now 2025 it was horrible. Parking management was awful and also when the guest like me is giving information that I need to use my vehicle they are giving too much information that I don't need, I am just explaining to the parking management that I will use my vehicle and then they transferred it to the parking space with fees, imagine you will pay 20 AED per night for parking and you would be needing your car and it is parked somewhere else....I hope this will improve...It was now horrible than back then. I hope this might be address

I liked the hotel it has very spacious, neat and clean Rooms. A strategic location near to everything you need.
Staff is very polite and helpful. I had a great stay at Nehal Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service was very good. The staff was polite and helpful, making the stay pleasant. It’s a good option for both solo and family travelers. Definitely recommend

The worst hotel where I ever been. the staff is rude. the rooms are disgustingly dirty. everything is smoke-filled. and an amazing policy of no refund, I just arrived at the hotel, looked at the terrible room, asked to change it, they gave me absolutely the same dirty room, smelly. everything is smoke-filled. all I wanted was to immediately leave for a normal place. I think it is not worth 100 dirhams. it is a shame in the center of Abu Dhabi to have such a hotel.

I was in Abu Dhabi for some work and needed like a place to rest for 6-7 hours before driving back to Dubai so I found this a good value for money without checking the reviews I booked it. Then I read a bunch of negative reviews on google only to expect the worst. When I arrived there the staff were friendly and helpful was checked into my room quick. Wanted to order some food before I left so I was surprised their food was actually very good. The rooms were decent the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean enough. You can’t really ask for more at this price point. Overall I was pleased during my stay. The internet was decent enough to get some work done while I was there.
Few things to note which the hotel had mentioned in advance before my arrival was that parking was 20 additional per night and there is a deposit of 100 which was instantly reversed by my bank on the same day. Which is fine specially for the location. No complaints there

Disappointing Stay,Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff
I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was extremely disappointed with the service. Upon booking directly at the hotel reception, I was not informed of the strict rule allowing only one visitor to my room. I had two visitors who came to see me, and despite my request to allow them in for just 30 minutes, the receptionist refused. The assistant supervisor, a kabayan, pretended not to listen and showed no willingness to help, demonstrating very poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude.
The next day, I asked the reception to arrange housekeeping before I left my room. After being out for 8 hours, I returned to find the room untouched. No cleaning or service had been done.
The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location, but the service and staff’s attitude made this the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

I recently stayed at Nehal Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel offers great value for money, with clean and comfortable rooms that are well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent, situated in a convenient area close to shopping centers and local attractions. The on-site dining options were also a pleasant surprise, with a good variety of tasty dishes. Overall, Nehal Hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay—I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I don't understand how they accept the quest who wants to relax but not getting relax becouse the AC is not working,they should advice the costumer the situation so they costumer can find solutions.my AC at home is much better than this hotel and I pay to feel hot which I don't know why.i feel so much tired and not relaxing plus getting moist specialy the floor it might slippery becouse of that.i try to call them many times but no action at all.
