The spa in this Hotel is absolutely rubbish!!!
I went for massage treatment, the Filipina lady had a disgusting attitude. As soon as I took my clothes off and laid on bed, she started to promote her extra services and that she’s poor and they don’t get paid from the hotel. She didn’t like the idea of refusing extra services although I was planning to tip her. Because of that, I felt insulted and unwelcome so I got dressed again and went to reception. The reception lady was even worse. “Sorry sir can’t refund your money” I told her okay call the manager, I barely spent 5 minutes at least give me 50% of what I just paid, but she kept on denying the request and wasn’t even apologetic. Nonetheless, ending up with paying without massage is no big deal to me but it was really disappointing experience to feel as if I would never be welcome until I do their dirty business.

It was not the best experience. Spent couple of days. No towels were provided in the rooms. The key cards constantly got deactivated and there were a couole of cockroaches in the room.

Normally I'd never write a review but booking Dana hotel so many time's not one time's actually before next month I'll booking Abu Dhabi mall near Dana hotel by mistake need to book may 27 by mistek booking jun 27 but this reception guy name I don't remember they told me next month visit this hotel...
And am waiting one month no one calling today I'll call reception guy just I'll tell please check sir before by mistek booking hotel date 📅 problem this month when have booking just check reception guy shouting no have your booking really this crazy....

If I can give a -5, id give it.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Even worse than pillagio.
1. Location and parking. No parking? And i had to search for 1 hour circling the area all over for parking without hotel help!! Another 30 minutes to walk back to hotel from where I parked!!
2. Disgusting room smell. Smells like urine.
Only to find urine drops on the toilet seat and then to discover hair in a knot on the bathtub!! The worst most disgusting feeling.
3. Asked to take food that I PAID for to my room from their buffet, they wouldn’t allow me
4. gym with 3 machines don’t work with their functions, with room the size of a toilet.
5. Disgusting aroma in the hallway
6. Neon lights you find in clubs “light up” the hallway
7. I raised the issue with hotel management, got no response till day 3!!
The staff are friendly and polite. It’s a shame they have to work for this hotel.

The hotel is located on a good place. Rooms are big and clean. The temperature in the room was lower than my comfort feelings. We were placed at 15 floor, there is a night bar and the music was louder than normal.
The food is delicious - you can eat on a block-table base for only 49 AED.

For a 2 stars hotel i would say they worth 5 stars for review. We came late and asked for a room. They told us what is available. After that someone went with us to show the room. To see if we like it or not before paying. It was a pretty big room with 2 double beds and one sofa. Room was very clean

We stayed in the hotel for three nights,and we are quite satisfied. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable bed and there is every basic things you need. They cleaned room regularly, provided three big bottles of water everyday. Location is just superb,you climb down the escalator,and you are on the road.. breakfast is okay,not very good though.. overall we liked the hotel

We stayed at this hotel for one night and the stay was not satisfied. The first and foremost issue here is that they don't have parking and they don't arrange one either. You need to keep roaming around the streets to find a parking slot. Next, the rooms are too dark. The lights provided are so dull that you don't get a good vibe to enter the room. The breakfast buffet was too bad. One positive we found here is the rooms are very spacious and maintained well. But with other factors down, this hotel is not at all recommendable.

Liked the hotel. Nice location on the main road and close to many shops n restaurants. Old styled rooms but nice spacious and clean. Service was good.

If u r alone or with family n coming late esp on a weekend or holiday, too many working/call girls roaming around the hotel lobby and would try to force themselves into the lift and hotel floor.

Amazing trip i have been on for the last few days i love the place and specially the restaurant they have.
To let you know it’s at the ground floor just right after the main entrance door.
For sure i’m writing this review to share my experience and insights with others as I discover it was very quiet, clean also very beautiful area and comfortable to enjoy eating or drinking so perfectly 👍👌❤️
i also enjoyed the buffet as well the food and beverage was superb and it had the most delicious and professional made food 🙌👏
NOTE: that they have some interesting and hot offers in their food i recommend for you to try the Pizza 🍕 Offer 🔥
