We are booking almost 4 years in abu dhabi for work.But this is the hotel who ask us if we have a room or if we are a visitors, he didnt say even good morning and this is the 1st night and he was a filipino and its around 2am in the morning.
2nd day… around same time 2am in the morning another indian guys approach the receptionist and looking at us and i comfronted them. I told them its not good that you are thinking that we are not guest here in the hotel.
And fyi we book 3 rooms . You should train well and teach your receptionist and front desk team how to treat your guest with an open arms
I will not recommend this hotel to our Company. Cheap hotel are better than this hotel. This hotel need hospitable person.

We had the worst experience at this hotel. The hygiene was severely lacking, from loose hair in the shower to dirty pool chairs and a disgusting jacuzzi. We opted for the all-inclusive package, but the buffet dinner was so unappealing that we didn’t even take a bite. The breakfast was even worse, and the service was poor throughout our stay. I recommend avoiding this hotel to save your money, unless absolutely necessary for business in the area.

The rooms are average size and a bit dark. The mattress was comfortable enough. Everything worked well in the room.
The downside to the hotel is the pool area. The hours for using the pool are very limited. And the lifeguard seemed to want to close the area early everyday. Also there's a problem with pigeons in the area. This is a health hazard. The restaurant in the pool area allowed smoking indoors. We didn't use it for that reason there is a nice gym here.

My friend recommended this hotel , she said it was nice .. I have decided to stay here since yesterday, while I am sleeping unfortunately there’s contruction happening beside my room around 3-5pm , I called in the reception to inform them but Ms. Cristina is saying that they are not doing any construction as they did it last week, so I let it pass , today while we are sleeping exactly at 8:31am they started doing drilling beside our room, I called in the reception area and inform them the same of what happened yesterday, the receptionist heard the drilling , many times I called but still the construction continues.
They don’t mind about my complain and they don’t care still the drilling continues.
We pay for nothing!

Nice Hotel in a good location not far from most activities..its good for a quick stop.. Service was not the best as after a long flight I had to push my bags and a lot of people visit the building the works one morning before 8am was not great. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable and has a large space. The pool and gym were way too busy when I visited.The food is Good here too and lots of shops and GOLD shops around. To be honest I did use it again. Service can improve..but it's nice.

Room I stay is located in the corner of 9th floor. Deep deep cleaning required I believe to the whole hotel. In spite of dirty carpets and chairs there is friendly room service, reception, restaurant - everyone is welcoming and supporting you in every matter you in need. Rooms are quiet ( if your neighbors are human). Nice English pub, disco- you may find everything you want. Comparing with a dozen others I really like Novel. I hope after renovation which is on at the moment, it will be one of the good hotels to stay in downtown. Special thanks to Receptionist Mr Amin, room service Ram.

We booked this hotel for one night to stay while waiting for our next flight for almost a day. It was alright but I'm not sure if the hotel rank they claim which is 4 star is really accurate, especially with the pretty basic bathroom. It was nothing more than a business hotel

I recently stayed at the Novel Hotel City Center for ine week, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the local attractions. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean.
Special shoutout to the housekeeping team, particularly Muhammad Tipu and Bishal who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made a significant difference in my overall experience.

We had a very good time here. The staff cared about our comfort. Clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast buffet and varied room service dishes. We visited the area a lot, so the location was attractive to us. Great swimming pool, depth up to 3 meters. There is also a nice pub here. I recommend this hotel.

Pro's- location
Con's-
1) don't expect any service to help you to guide to your room while check in.
2) there are very less options for vegetarians only one or two.
3) no option to warn your 🍞 bread in lunch and dinner.
4) you can expect Hairs in your food.
5) Rooms are dark and lighting options is very less.
