Premier Inn Abu Dhabi International Airport

I stayed in the hotel for 21 days for work and the hotel felt like home. The distance to work was good and convenient. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. I had it cleaned every now and then and the staff always did a good job. Restaurant, Concierge and Security team were all very friendly and accommodating all the time. Bed was super comfortable. I also liked the free shuttle bus to and from the airport and mall. It was very convenient as time schedules were often. Overall, I had a pleasant stay for almost a month and would definitely recommend to my colleagues.

Nice place, but a little bit simple in general (above all the bathroom). We only stay for hours, due to the delay of our flight. 4 stars for the hotel, 5 stars for Mr. Yashmika (swimming pool lifeguard) he was very kind with us, and very careful with the wáter. Swimming pool at night was great and beautiful.

The service at the hotel was wonderful. Ranuka checked us in and was very helpful and kind. The security guard Ronnel was very very lovely and friendly and always had a smile on his face! Aaron and Abdul were also very helpful. All the staff had great customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel if anyone has a long layover at Abu Dhabi airport!!

Clean, well maintained and super convenient location. I was really happy to be able to check-in much earlier than the standard check in time due to my early flight. The free, frequent shuttle for the airport is very useful. The final touch is the free shuttle to some of the best tourist attractions like the grand mosque. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

My partner and I stayed for just one night during a 22 hour layover leaving Male. In terms of convenience for travelers, it can't be beat, being only a short bus or taxi ride from the airport. Staff was efficient and helpful in checking us in even though we arrived an hour early. Service was good but pretty simple, with no extra bells and whistles that you'd find at a luxury place, but nothing to be found lacking in any way either.

The rooms were relatively spacious for the price, including a table, couch and chairs in addition to the bed. Shampoo and body wash were provided by the hotel, which was especially nice for a layover situation like we had where we did not have access to all our bags. I did find a couple stray hairs on the carpet which keeps me from giving the rooms a perfect rating, but there were no stains and the sheets were perfectly clean, so it didn't bother me much.

Overall 4/5 stars, would certainly stay there again if I ever go back to Abu Dhabi!

We stayed at this hotel for the second time with our children, for one night, after arriving to Abu Dhabi. The hotel is next to the airport and is an excellent base for further journey.
Last year the stay here was really pleasant, and this year it is even better. We got a newly renovated room, very clean and well-kept. The man at the reception, despite the late hour, was very nice, polite and smiling. Within 10 minutes, all formalities were completed and we could rest after the journey.
The food in the restaurant is varied, everything is tasty and fresh. The staff in the restaurant was friendly and very polite.
Room conditions and food are very important in a hotel, but it is the staff that makes the stay in the hotel a real pleasure. Thank you :-)

Wonderful hotel, clean rooms, staff at the reception is also wonderful (didn't get the chance to see other staff but I am sure they are too), fair price and just overall great experience. If you ever have longer transit in Abu Dhabi and just want to sleep, wonderful choice. Thank you!

One the positive note, the hotel had good service and nice and clean rooms, comfy bed had a great stay. There is a hotel restaurant "NUEVO" the staff there were really great. The food was really good. I personally enjoyed it there. On the negative side the location of the hotel is far from the city and also it's close to the old airport. Just for information the toiletries included bath gel, hand wash, bath towels and face towel. Just remember to take your own paste and brush just in case.
