The location is ideal—it's very near the International Airport, which makes travel easy and stress-free.
The rooms are great; they are spacious and very clean, which made for a relaxing environment. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job keeping everything tidy.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the courteous and helpful staff. Everyone was wonderful, but I want to give a special shout-out to Waqas. He was always smiling and ready to help, exemplifying truly outstanding customer service.
Finally, the restaurant is good and serves delicious food.
I had a pleasant stay at Premier Inn near Abu Dhabi International Airport. The location is excellent — very convenient for travelers. The ambience inside the hotel is nice and relaxing, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I would especially like to appreciate Dilan, the room attendant on the 5th floor. He is very sincere and does his work with great honesty and dedication. Wishing him all the best for his future!
I also found Mr Yusuf and Madhur very helping. All the very best.
Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay near Airport.
Cleaning is wonderful and everything in room is kept tidy and clean by Ms.Sachina Tamang from house keeping. She does spotless cleaning. Room looks new and fresh after she prepares it, it looks as if its unused......
Also Mr. Ranjith and Mr.Gobind have been a fine man is keeping bedsheets clean.
Reception is helpful in many things. Ask for anything and they will arrange. Look for Mr.Madhu who is good at resolving issues.
Restaurant in ground floor is welcoming , you can ask the chef Indian and Nepali for your food with instructions and they will take instrictions and make for you with a happy smile. The other staff in green shirts of restaurant are always happy smiling and helping people. I love their energy and vibe.
This hotel get 50% discount on ticket price at some tourist attractions. Ask at reception once. Hotel has routes to few attractions but by evening 4 you must return to National Aquarium to catch the free bus to hotel.
A special thanks to Mr. Aung from housekeeping — he was incredibly kind, helpful, and thorough in his work. His friendly attitude truly made a difference during my stay.
The breakfast was healthy and delicious, with a good variety to choose from.
Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasant stay near the airport!
