For starters, the showers hot water does not work. Even after following all of the instructions.
No one answers the phone in reception or the restaurant.
I called 3 times for assistance and no one could would help me with what I needed. They did not even try to assist, they would just say no.
Overall, this would probably be the last time I visit this hotel. I would rather pay more money for a hotel that can assist their customers and put their happiness into consideration.
On this note, some of the staff in the restaurant were friendly and catering.
